I ordered two pizza’s.. when ordering I told the call center several times NOT to put the garlic crust topping on my crust of either pizza. They confirmed that they put on the order no garlic crust topping. Well the pizza came it was here quickly, but I open the boxes and BOTH pizza’s had the garlic nastiness on the crust COVERED with it. I immediately called back and was transferred to the store. I talked to a man and explained that I had asked that to not be put on my pizza and it was on there. He immediately blamed the call center and acted bothered by the fact I called in. He then told me that he would send out replacement pizza’s the way I ordered them, but there were 5 orders ahead of me so I would have to wait until those were done first. I was fine with that. But here’s the thing the replacement pizza’s were never sent! DON’T OFFER TO MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO! My order was placed on 4/7/23 around 1:30 in the afternoon. It’s now 7 PM and still waiting! There’s WAY too much competition on Ashland Rd. for pizza options If you continue to do business like that the competition will surely take you out as quick as you came! This is the 3rd time I have ordered it without the crust toppers and all three times they had it on them. I don’t think I will be ordering again.

I’ve ordered from this location a dozen or so times now and they’ve always been unbelievably fast and friendly. Food has always been hot, fresh and delicious. Of the pizza shops that deliver to my house, they’ve been the fastest by a long shot consistently. I very much appreciate the promptness and quality.

I dont like to complain and we have been ordering our pizza’s there,but we ordered one last week and it was not what we ask for. We ordered the large specialty with extra cheese and half only with mushrooms. We got no extra chees and 2 pieces of pizza with mushroom.also there was like a piece of vine from something that was hard as well as a small piece. I know someone had to see this but why put it on there. It wont stop us from orderung but did want to bring this to someones attn. Thank you for listening.

I order here on a regular basis… and at first the food was always good, but ever since I wouldn’t take a job I was offered it seems like they’ve been messing my food up on purpose last 3 times I’ve ordered something it was so burnt it wasn’t even enjoyable.
