Ordered my free pizza thru the app. Arrived once the app said it was ready and fresh out of the oven I started driving there. Came into the store to be told it was in the oven. Waited over 30 minutes for my order that was ready from the app stand point. Saw workers signifying that orders were done well before they were finished. 1 worker was wearing sandals in the kitchen and another worker was on their phone. Don’t recommend ordering from this location to anyone for a timely order.

They messed up my order. Gave me the wrong order. Added meat in my order that i explicitly said NO on the app. I called and called and no one picked up. Not sure what is going on. On top of that, if i select the option that i want to order, someone gets on the phone within 2 seconds, but when i say i have a compliant about the order, they just transfer me and no-one picks up the phone. This is ridiculous!

Ordered from here a few weeks ago.. got delivery and paid off my card. Couple days later I get a notification that my balance was changed and I did not approve this. I went into dominoes in which I was told by the manager that their delivery driver tipped herself off MY credit card. Which means she also forged my name! The owner nor the manager cared at all and I still have not got my Money back after numerous tries. Nobody apologized and she’s still out here delivering pizza! Better check them receipts!

Despite the reviews, and believe me I was nervous but said what the heck, I have had a great experience top to bottom! I ordered a thin crust pizza and special chicken. CRYSTAL is fantastic and gave me way more toppings than I usually get anywhere, and she was super efficient. I carried out, and this was around 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Took about 12 minutes total.

Didnt give me the courtesy of calling to cancel my order, instead i received an email about it. They close 2.5 hours from when i placed the order. I would have understood had they called me and explained staffing issues etc.

I’m not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. The pizza itself was good and while it was pretty greasy, that goes for most pizza places. I’m from Canada so I found the portion size huge, but it was still good regardless. Employee was friendly too. Restaurant itself was clean and looked brand new. Only complaint I agree with was it took a while. There was nobody else in there and I waited ten minutes.

First, The front doors were locked so one of the employees had to let me in. That is not the warm welcome to a restaurant for picking up a carry out order. The online order time said 28 minutes when I placed my order. The order wasn’t ready upon arrival. Waited around for bout 20 minutes. The Domino’s staff interaction with me were lackluster and created an unfavorable experience for me. I did not see them wearing gloves and observed them touching the refrigerator or computer screen. I am not doing any business at the location again. Worst Domino’s experience ever!

07/23/2022. This Domino’s welcomes all patrons to experience the making of their pizza. You may dine in or outside. They have low and high barstools to sit and eat. Always delicious pizza. Their Philly Cheesesteak sub was made fresh and out of this world. Nice and friendly service. Metered parking available and nearby garages. Wheelchair friendly. Decent prices.

Mrs Brittany is amazing beautiful inside out. We came from Chicago to go to Cincinnati Fest this domino’s was near our hotel. The food was hot and good. This domino’s is by far the best. Now we went on a Saturday during lunch…I can only speak on that experience. The chicken Alfredo pasta dish Mrs Brittany did her Thang. We also got sausage and pepperoni pizza..u could taste the luv she put in them. Kudos
