Long story short… ordered pizza…I live on the 3rd floor .. and the delivery person left the pizza on the FLOOR at the entry….what?! Manager stated they can’t deliver to the door…ummm we just made a big order not even a week ago and it was DELIVERED TO OUR DOOR!!!!! Plus the pizza was cut very weird…so had to recut. The pizza was for the kids…if it wasn’t so late I would have delivered it back… full refund…never will I ever again… DO BETTER…YOU DO NOT PUT PEOPLE FOOD ON THE FLOOR!!! Then lie about delivery

Friendly staff clean eat in area clean prep areas viewing station to see your tasty treat being made. Prep time could of been a little better still 5 stars. Dinning areas have usb outlets and plugs to charge devices while you dine too.

Haven’t ever had a problem with my food, it’s always been great. Delivery can be slow sometimes and the they never answer the phone when you call( literally ever) but honestly it’s better than the majority of the restaurants in price hill.

They never answer the phone I placed an online order and had an issue I was hung up on for 30 mins straight that I kept calling trying to correct the issue.. I will be contacting corporate. Ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem. Most of the time everything is on time and 100%correct. We have had a few issues with delays on pickup. Today they were slammed and it was almost an hour behind. The staff is nice so give some grace. They were upfront on the delay issue. We will be back again soon.

Horrible! Ordered 2 steak hoagies and the steak was too well done and the bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I will not be going back. I should’ve checked it before I left the drive thru. I called the store and no one answered the phone.
