The worse experience ever. Went in to order a pizza and the manager told me to go on the app then left. I asked for assistance with the app and was completely ignore by 2 other employees and then asked for the manager again and was ignored. The manager came back in and started counting tops for the silver plates and did not come back to the counter. I said hello I need help and they stated they don’t know how to work the app and continue to ignore me. How do you not know how to work your own app when people need assistance and ignore them because you don’t want to deal with it. The manager at this location is very unprofessional and staff are horrible. Contacted cooperate and no response still a week later.

I’ve had this pizza several times. But Friday 8/18/23 the workers didn’t care . The pizza was super dark. I asked for well done not burnt there a difference. Don’t know if I’m going back we’ll see

Worst pizza quality that my family ever experienced!!! This LARGE pizza was so small and thin, the box thicker and heavier! Domino’s “OUR GUARANTEE” they’ll make it right. I called back no answer, of course.

I see all of the negative comments but I’ve been ordering from the Glenway Ave location for years now and I’ve always been satisfied. Like today I ordered online their 6.99 deal and got 3 medium pizzas, chicken sandwich and a 2 liter all for less than 30 bucks. You can’t beat that for this quality of pizza. My son doesn’t care for their pizza so we usually get him something else from their menu like their sandwiches are good. Its always hot and the service has always been excellent at this Glenway location. I love the dominoes tracker, and I always click for the messages .

Do not come to this dominos.. they have the worst customer service… I ordered 2 pizzas …they were both dry with little to no sauce.. they were hard and crunchy.. I called and told them that the pizza was not right.. i came back to the store.. the guy said he was the manager.. and that he cannot make them over.. or give me my money back.. the other guy working with him walked up and said… nah we can’t take the pizza back….. I will never spend my money at Dominos again!!… I just saw the same two guys on another bad review… the wlhite guy.. and the black guy with the locs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We made our order at 8:41 pm and it is currently 10:17. On the website, it said that they were doing a quality check and it was like that since 8:55. We called the restaurant one time to follow up and I was told that they had 6 deliveries and only two drivers. We called again and this time it was 20 deliveries and two drivers. We will be contacting the corporate office to find out if this is the standard procedure. They made no effort to let me know that my delivery would be late. I allowed them to send me follow-up messages yet they did not let me know that the deliveries would be late until I called them. Had I left it alone, I would sit here waiting for a late delivery without knowing what was going on. I’m very disappointed and upset. It is 10:21 and I am just now receiving a message stating the driver is near. The supervisors name is Aaliyah and she didn’t seem to care at all. It is 10:26 and our food arrived cold.

Almost always fast to completion, I never use delivery so don’t know anything about that, but %95 of the time when I roll up to the window they are hot and ready. Pizza is good, always accurate to order. The only reason a star is missing is because when they cut my pizza I think the person in charge must have Parkinson’s, nothing wrong with that but maybe put someone in charge of cutting that has a steadier hand because I’m not sure what shapes these things are supposed to be in but it reminds me of a geometry exam. Otherwise, all good!

The manager with black hair and tattoos on her arm is very unprofessional. She literally stares and flirts with your significant other right in front of your face and stares the entire time. It’s absolutely disrespectful and she needs to be more professional. Not only that I we had a $38 dollar order, she was talking to my husband (which is fine) but then was all smiley and blushing then made our order only $8 because she was so flirtatious. She better watch who she does this too because she may do it to the wrong one and she’ll regret it because not everybody’s as calm as I am
