It took a lot for me to come to a review for this Domino’s because it’s been my neighborhood Doms for 5 years but they are lazy here and lack any customer satisfaction. I’m done ordering here because it’s catch 22 every time you order for the past year. they need a new cutter or something too because the pizza is never cut properly. This last order did it for me after I called to complain about the first order being half warm, not cut properly, and the crust looked old. They replace it with the ones in the pics I posted below. More company training needs to come to this location.

Jeff doesn’t seem to care about customer service or quality control. We had stopped ordering Domino’s for at least 6 months because every time we would order from this location, at least one thing was made incorrectly. Pizza costs too much these days to order from a place that predictably gets things wrong every time. Decided to give them another try; it had been a while and maybe things had improved. Ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza with extra Buffalo sauce, a cheese pizza, some of their new loaded tots, and a 2 liter. Pretty simple order. I go pick it up and bring it home only to discover the chicken Buffalo pizza has zero Buffalo sauce on it. None – see the photo. We ordered extra sauce. The tots were burned as well. I call and speak with the manager Jeff. He takes my number and pulls up the order to replace the pizza. I mention the burned tots as well. He asks for my phone number again to pull the order back up and I chuckled. I had just given it to him and I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I hear him mutter “I don’t know why you laugh, but okay…” and when I called him on the poor customer service of even having said that to me, he kept speaking to me in that tone. He never even apologized for the error, only offered to remake or give a credit. When I tried to explain why this was all upsetting he talked over me and claimed he watched the tots go out and that they weren’t burned. He wanted to fight with me about it. I was shocked. I went to the store a second time to pick up my remade items. I never got an apology. He would barely look me in the eye. Very clearly wanted me to leave, talking over me. No sense of customer service aside from remaking the food – not good enough. Until Jeff is no longer there, we will not be patrons of this location.

I have not had good experiences at this Dominos location. Navigating the payment process was a challenge – could be user error for this. But placed my order, paid online and went to pick it up car side. Waited over 5 minutes and still no one came out with my order. I went in and they said their carside computer was down so guess they didn’t look outside even though they had the order. I had to ask for my salad and they gave me no dressing. One pizza was missing ingredients. Will not order again from this Dominos. Don’t care how many free pizzas they give me.

Ordered twice. Payed twice. Refused to refund. Refused to make food. Not willing to make it up. They lady who is the manager wow. It’s a recorded line and she said she really doesn’t care. Totally a pos. Never ordering dominos agian because of her. Less than 1 star.

Ordered from the parking lot, to successfully order their pizza special. Med 2-item for $6.99. The app, is terrible. It kept wanting me to sign up for multiple things, before I could order the deal. It was NOT available for carryout/pickup, it was an online special. The mgr, ended up helping me. 5+. Crew failed to make my order, accurate. One med thin crust pep & sg, one reg crust pep & onion. Both, were pep $ sg. ♀️

JEFFREY IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I EVER CAME ACROSS. I Called and nicely asked to fix my order I called twice and was hung up on & was very polite while asking to fix my order instead he insisted on arguing with me over how many times I called. At that moment I cancel my order !!! I eat here very frequently and never experienced this until today and I will NOT BE BACK thanks to Jeff I am now a happy Papa Johns customer.
