I’ve been calling sense Friday and no one never answer, and I tried calling today again, and no answer and it’s Monday, I ordered 6 pizzas and they was all over cooked and burnt, I have spent too much money to get a decent meal, me and my kids are in a hotel room and we pretty much have not much choice to order food.the man at the window was actually rude and just walked off after I ask for plates and napkins and he acted as he didn’t hear me, and he eventually came back to the window 4 minutes later, and said there isn’t any, so I go back to the hotel and realized the food was overcooked it was about 12:45 am and I knew by the time I took it all back that they would be closed, I don’t appreciate this ignored experienced and burnt food and I have pictures. I called the answering service and a foreigner said I had the wrong line. Just great…. I would not be back here just giving away my money that nobody have and it’s already hard to get by now days in life and no answer which is very upsetting. What a waist of time and money!

My husband picked up the pizza tonight and he said the guys in there where doing a great job! Everything was spotless and clean, our order was correct and hot! The guy behind the counter even offered if we wanted plates and napkins, it doesn’t take alot to make the customer happy and this did! the attitude in there tonight was great and it seemed like the workers where actually enjoying the job unlike most places!

Terrible customer service, we called and informed the order had free coupon and placed the order, when we ended up to pick up they were kind of rude and said they don’t accept the coupon so I ended driving 20 miles to this store where the coupon was for and paid full price without any coupons.

I wish I could give this location less than one star in springdale ohio. My husband placed an order earlier on saturday night. We received his pizza which was correct along with these cinnamon bites. My pizza with. Thin crust pizza with pepperoni and mushroom, which was supposed to be delivered at eleven o’clock at night. Wasn’t even delivered until over forty minutes late by a different delivery driver. And I called over seven times and got hung up on. I do not. Recommend ordering from Domino’s for anyone ever again. And if corporate would like to have this information, then you shou I’ve worked in restaurants before and this is not.ld talk with the GM in Springdale, Ohio. I will also be visiting the store on monday

Personally I don’t REALLY care for Domino’s, however I will eat it in a pinch because they’re open late and relatively inexpensive. With that said, last night was a fiasco (but it wasn’t entirely their fault). I ordered using the mobile app, which is definitely legit. The ONLY issue is that I ordered 4 of the bottled Minute Maid Fruit Punch drinks and not only dud they not have 4… THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY IN THE STORE PERIOD. So, instead of being refunded they compensated me with more wings. **Note: Umm… ALWAYS ask for your wings to be well-done. Always!** Customer service was on point. I’m grateful for that otherwise it would have been a misunderstanding in that mofo l, forreal. [**And if your food isn’t ready when you pull up to the pick-up window outside, DRIVE THEEE HELL AWAY FROM THEEE DANG WINDOW …My God‼ ✌
