I ordered a pizza cut in squares and when I checked it before I left the store I found out it was not cut in squares. When I told them I wanted my pizza cut in squares they said they couldn’t guarantee that my pizza would be cut in squares. When I talked to the manager she said the same thing. I was stuck with a messed up order. I talked to a manager at another location and they told me that there is a customer satisfaction guarantee and that I should have been taken care of. I wasn’t so I have decided not to order anything else from there again.

They do not take anything seriously. They marked our order complete. It was not delivered. Upon calling management proceeded to talk down to my child then hung up once they heard an adult. They made sure to void the order before they would pick up the phone. This is why we can’t have a minimum wage. People don’t deserve the chump change they get. They were absolutely worthless. The past 5 times I order my pizza from this place they don’t get it correct I order my pizza cut in squares to feed kids. No one wants to send it back and wait an hour for your pizza to come back when you have kids hungry and your food is at the door now

Not sure what happened, but ordered food x2 pizza,8pc& Sprite. Only pizzas & Sprite showed up for my grandbabies. Need reimbursed or replaced. I had the delivery lady call, but should’ve ask for a picture as well.

When driver handed me the pizza it felt very light. Well I opened it and pizza was not round and had been shaken up or dropped. Ingredients every where PLUS I had ordered extra cheese. Well that didnt happen either. It had been a long time since ordering from Domino’s and this experience made me remember why. Driver tried to reach store – to no avail.
