Great experience! Kudos to Collin, mngr of Van Wert Domino’s. Collin went above & beyond to make sure we were happy w/our pizza, not once but twice! He was friendly & professional w/customers. Collin only had 1 employee besides himself doing delivery & making pizzas on the very busy night of March 7th. Tonight, 3/13, our pizza again was the made correctly & was NO waiting game. It was another best tasting pizza we’ve had there in quite awhile. Domino’s I hope you don’t let this guy go because he’s winning back your customers!

I ordered for the 1st time from Van Wert, Ohio’s new Domino’s in our Walmart. I ordered a hand tossed medium 2 topping: half green pepper/ ham and half pepperoni/mushroom, Italian sub and Parmesan garlic bites. All were delicious, arrived fresh, hot and at a great price… Probably would skip the sub the next time because there wasn’t any sauce or dressing on it. I added the marinara. However, it was made correctly as per their corporate website. My delivery guy Chase, was also very nice!

We order 4 medium pizzas. Toppings fell off when you tried to pick up a piece of pizza because it was not done. The center of the crust was dough. There was very little sauce. I would love to post pictures. Never again.

Don’t even bother, I ordered at 6:15pm and just received my order at 8:40pm. Neither of our pizza were cut and they were warm at most, not hot. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this domino’s, this is just the first I’ve left a review. The past 6 orders have been like this. Honestly for the money I spent I’ll just order from Wild Willy’s next time, their foods better and actually shows up hot in a timely manner.

Ordered one large pizza, and garlic twists at 5:49 p.m. called them at 7 for them to tell me it would be another hour and a half to two hours for my order to be delivered. On the website it says 35-45 minutes for delivery. Fix your website . If it’s going to be four hours for my food to get to me I’d appreciate a heads up.

We ordered 2 pizzas one was suppose to be Buffalo chicken pizza the other was ultimate pepperoni we also ordered 2 boneless classic hot Buffalo specialty we only got one. We was also told it would be 30 to 45 min it was 1.5 hrs almost 2 exact. We haven’t ordered since they opened cause it took 3 hrs then. We won’t be ordering from this dominos again we will drive to celina.

The pizza is delicious and I’m so happy that Domino’s is back! However, the majority of time, the tracker states the order is done yet when going to pick it up, it’s not. Sometimes it’s not even started, which is what’s going on as I type this. The estimated time it should be ready, a 10 minute window, is most times false. It appears there are too many people in the back and there doesn’t appear to be a fluid team. I know it’s a new team but it appears more training and leadership is needed. The reliability is lacking. I hope this is something the team will take seriously and commit to making a change.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an italian sandwich. All were burnt to the point you couldn’t eat them. Called the Van Wert store and talked to a gal. She offered to refund my money which I said yes to. But guess what my money wasn’t refunded at all!! Paid $33 for food that we couldn’t even eat! What a joke. Never ordering from there again! They’ve lost my business and I hope they don’t screw anyone else over like they did me.
