10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered two pizzas last night around 11:33pm and when they arrived they WEREN’T DONE whatsoever. The toppings were falling off due to the dough not being done. When I tried to call @12:15am (My pizza arrived after they closed) nobody could answer because the place was closed. I decided to call the next morning to see about getting an ENTIRE refund or a reorder due to them obviously rushing and not making my pizza correctly. The manager gets on the phone and goes to say that they can’t do anything about it but give me a $10 credit because when I called they were closed. (Not sure how I can call a place and get someone to answer when the place is closed. I then told her about the pizzas being doughy and she said well I wasn’t working here last night and there’s no way for us to see if the pizza is done all the way because the toppings are on top of the pizza. MAKES NO SENSE. As you can see in the pictures this pizza was literally WET. She then told me that I couldn’t get a full refund because of how large of an amount I spent on the pizzas they apparently couldn’t just cancel that out. She then hung up on me after saying she was going to put me on a brief hold.

Will never order from this place again..Ordered some dinner, not only the boxes were smashed and topings stuck to it, it was 1 1/2 late and cold, also the garlic bites order it suppose to be 16 and only got 6.

I do not understand how they are still open. Waited an hour and half to find out my order was canceled with a note to call the store. Waited on hold for another 20 minutes. I ended up driving to the store for a refund. The manager was rude. The whole ordeal took 2 hours and now I’m at Taco Bell. I wouldn’t waste my time trying to get food from this location.

If they only used gloved cause we can’t forget the 3 inch hair that is in a man’s hands when there wrapping that doe on them and pulling the hair off the hands and embedding them in it… and how the cross contaminated food goes to pep to chicken to jalapeño and by different people….

Well I arrived mid afternoon and the store was fully staffed, so I would have to say that my experience was unsatisfactory. A driver took my order at the counter, however he went on a delivery after I’d came back inside 15 mins after ordering, he quoted me 7-10 mins on the order, then after walking back in, apparently my order didn’t get processed correctly, so I ended up spend another 25 mins in the store waiting for the order, the only reason I didn’t rate this visit lower is because the order was great after I finally got to eat it.
