I didn’t want to leave a 1 star rating. The manager was treating her employees bad in front of customers. That should of never happened .then I got my hot wings wow I Sked or some sewing sauce and she said my wings were right..no ..I will never go to the Edinburgh store again

I called a order in and ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza and a 16 piece hot wings. When I got there the manager was treating me really mean. I told her I would wait on the 2 medium pizzas and she said she wasn’t going to make them. She said I could pay for the large ones and I told her I didn’t want large ones she said I could get the large ones or none at all. She needs to be fired. I will no longer do business with Domino’s pizza and neither will any of my family.

I’ve eaten pizza from here alot, domino’s is my favorite pizza place. Recently though I’ve come to realize a shifty looking guy that works there is living in a broken down van in front of the place with a dog. I’ve watched him come outside and rub all over the dog between making food. That’s disgusting and I won’t be back, I didn’t even pick up my order.

This crew was amazing! We are from out of town and ordered pizza for a children’s event. I called ahead to let them know we were placing a large order but quickly found out we had to double the amount what we originally anticipated. They had the pizzas done and ready earlier than expected, and even honored the online coupon that didn’t come off at checkout. Thank you so much for all you did to make this easy on us!

Can’t give this a zero or “no stars”. I placed my order at 5:50ish, website said it was approximately 25-35 minutes. The time came and went. I called an hour placing my order. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I spoke on the phone, I was told an excuse. No apology. I was told the reason for my hold up was due to a delivery driver shortage and she was trying to play catch-up. She then stated my order was going into the oven. Offered a 2-liter of all things to make up for the delay. I said sure to the 2-liter.

I used to get Domino’s pizza every week and it’s been a little while since we had it so I ordered some tonight. To start off they forgot to bring one of my pizzas! I said something to the driver before I went in with the food so she left and came back with it. It was more cold and nasty then the other pizza. My kids and I tried to eat our food but it was just honestly too nasty. I got out our cinnamon twist and they were so burned and hard that my 4 year old son wouldn’t even try them an he eats everything!
