Ordered a Philly steak pizza, got it, looked at it before I left and saw what I thought was the right pizza because I saw onions and mushrooms and what I thought was steak. I get home (30 minutes away) open up the box and notice chicken and pineapple on the pizza. I tried to call the store twice with no answer and waited almost 15 minutes between the 2 calls. I decided to contact customer support and I went through the process of filling out the complaint twice, only for it to have an “error”

I placed an online order on March 7th 2023. The online experience was good, I was notified by text via the app that my order was ready for pickup so I went to pickup. I stood in the store for ten minutes before being acknowledged then I got told they were just then starting my order and it would be fifteen minutes or so. The gentleman told me the app does what it does. It seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right foot is doing and there is zero leadership. To be fair, I have had mostly good experiences here and I thought that ordering pizza on a Tuesday night would be a better experience.

Still waiting.. I’m In Plainfield at hotel from out of state doing utility line work. Long day in the heavy wind and rainy day. Got back to room, too tired to drive back out anywhere.Thought ” a hot dominoes pizza with a few extra treats would be a good end of a long day, and watch some NCAA football. ” Placed order online, app says ” Shane began prepping your order at 6:55pm.”.. it’s now near 8pm. Still shows in prep… TRIED to call the store .. no answer. I get busy nights, I do. But near an hour and no update? And it would be nice if the app could tell how many orders there are, and at least give you an ESTIMATE wait… Anything better then sittin in a hotel room…hungry.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a chicken Alfredo pasta. My mom noticed that the pasta smelled BAD. My LITTLE brother and sister didn’t think anything of it or didn’t really notice at-least and they ate the whole pasta plate and at the end of the night my brother woke up THROWING UP! Do not get food from here they probably have some bad food or something. It’s sad because I paid almost 30 dollars for everything just for my brother to end up sick from this food.

I order here ALL the time and the food is always excellent! Fresh, loaded with toppings, and the employees are always polite and friendly! We had a pizza made incorrectly tonight and I called and spoke with Kenneth. He was awesome! Apologized for the mess up (things happen) and offered to make it right. I will continue to order pizza from here, it’s a family favorite! 10/10
