Just recently placed an order for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and they charged us 27.48 for both pizzas instead of the 6.99 deal. After we paid and asked about it they told us we had to ask for the deal upon order. I feel this is not okay, considering on the sign and website it doesn’t say we have to ask for it. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order at the drive up window, I was told that my order was with a delivery driver and that they were taking it to one of their “usual” customers. They called the delivery driver and brought the order back. The food was good and the order was correct, but they gave me food that had already left the store and made it down the road. I suggest next time to offer to remake the order when this happens, as State Law Health Codes dictate that you cannot bring food that has left the building back into the establishment and then give it to a customer. I know that the extra work would be a hassle, but with a full crew of 6 people, I would fail to see why the laws regulating food safety should not be followed.
