We ordered the hot wings, garlic knots with marinara, and a pepperoni pizza – the wings were great, spicy meaty, juicy with a crispy-saucy outside, was more than my white mom bargained for on the spiciness though, although she did thoroughly enjoy it (a 4.7/5) :). The pizza was a bit dry, the sauce ratio could be better or they could use a garlic butter on the crust; the cheese and pepperoni ratios were okay and the pizza, overall, was okay, like 3.5/5. The garlic bites were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside but they were almost a bit too airy- they felt more hollow than airy; although, I did go into it wanting a doughy, bready breadstick-like finger food (something filling that I could eat with one hand), so maybe I went in with an unfair expectation? Either way, they lived up to the ‘garlic knot’ name and I could eat them with one hand without too much of a mess but they were much smaller than I originally had wanted – a warning as well, they were oddly sweet with the butter adding a saltiness that definitely got better over time but didn’t make much sense at first as the two flavors stand out from one another. I’d give the knots a 2.8/5 as I’ve had better garlic knots that set my standards of what I expect of garlic breads, twists, and knots. Hope this helps some of y’all when picking a place!

This place is a joke. I ordered pizzas at 1 PM for delivery at 7:15. Tracker says they are making it then quality checking it for TWO HOURS! We get to the store and they cancel the order. Tried to call them when Nathaniel had been “quality checking” our order for an hour and no one answered the phone. Don’t waste your money at this location. Seems no one cares about their jobs.

Don’t even try to order a delivery from this location, they cancel the order every time then don’t answer when you call in. When I did get through, they said they tried to call me but the call I answered from them the person calling heard me answer then immediately hung up. Absolute joke of a store, if you are in the area just order from Pizza Hut across the street, or get food from the absolutely delicious NY Deli next door.

Every time we place an online order, they call back 30 mins later to say they can’t complete the order for whatever random reason they have for that day. That’s why we never frequent Eastside places like this place and the 21st St Pizza Hut. Immature people that don’t want to work. That’s all the Eastside is anymore.
