Will never place another order from domino’s ever in my life. This company is a complete joke. Why have the delivery option if your not going to deliver. Then lie and say you can’t change sumthing when I know a store manager personally that works for this company. This is the reason I order from papa John’s at least my food gets delivered and no excuses are ever made. Poor customer service . Have ordered from the Sunnyside location twice in the past 10 days and both times a disaster. Last week over 30 minutes past quote on delivery time and watched driver on their “tracker” drive around with my pizza for 34 minutes before delivering a soggy pizza with burnt crust. Tonight he only drove around 20 minutes but delivered 2 pizzas that look like they’ve been dropped and kicked around before delivering. They weren’t even brought to the door in a warming sleeve, he was just holding on to them. These pics show exactly what I saw as soon as I opened the boxes. Why am I paying a delivery fee for this? And tipping a horrible delivery driver? Actually, why am I paying for any of this??

The manager was rude when I was on the phone trying to figure out with a job application. Also, the customer representation is poor because even the second time I called they were trying to talk over. Then also it was lack of compassion from the professional side. The general manager and employees were rude because the lack of leadership for customer service is what applies for when they are on the job, but there was no consent and it was already a hassle. Don’t work at this location you feel like a dollar is being worth made but working for these people in order please it’s not worth it and is disrespectful. I have for my complaint already hopefully something is being done so that way customers and people are represented in the best way.

Came here to order my pizza never have had a problem with this pizza place to be for 3 people standing there. Looking at me did not even acknowledge me like I was standing there. Then when I wanted to say something, then you wanna argue with me even though I’m standing right there. And not even being acknowledged, whoever used to be brimg them back

I orderer at 9:30 on a friday night during a thunderstorm. Wait time was expected to be 30-40 minutes, so due to the storm I expected it to be here around 10:30. According to the tracker Andrew put the pizza in at 9:34. It was out for delivery at about 9:45 and at my door within 10 more minutes. Pizza was a little smooshed so there were toppings on the top of the box, but the fact that they were even willing to go out in such an awful storm was worth the $10 tip I gave. The driver was really nice as well, although I didn’t get his name. I was able to scrape most of the toppings off the box so I didn’t call the store to complain. I would definitely order here again.

Do not deliver from them. I have witnessed a driver pulling up in my apartment parking lot sitting in his car talking on the phone with his car door open and then decides to shut his door and proceeds to drive off. Seems like he doesn’t want to get tipped or walk up stairs to deliver seems like he just wants his job to think he is actually doing his job. I have came to the store to figure out why for second time I have to come and pick up my order. This is absolutely ridiculous I will not order from this store again!
