We love dominoes overall. You can’t beat the price and options. Lately our orders have been bleh. I completely understand the understaff and certain days busier. The customer service sucks. They seem like you’re doing them a favor. I can sense attitude and I will give it back but again understanding how work days might be good and bad. So whoever you have handle phone and orders please change it.

Ordered Hawaiian pizza, hot, and fresh. They have a 50 percent off if you order it on line. Had to helped an older gentleman to go online on his phone. The young lady in the counter helped him as well hopefully he get his pizza. Nice crew in the Domino’s pizza Schererville Indiana. Not sure how long the 50 percent order on line will last.

Ordered online. Walked in at about 4:40 on may 21st. Was greeted w “welcome to dominos” and said hi in return. My family usually enjoys dominoes but the last couple times we have order from this particular restaurant has been a horrible experience. This time we waited over 2 hours for our food, when we called the restaurant to get a status the manager (Tony) was very rude telling me there was no way my food was taking that long. I told him the time I ordered it and he replied that I better hope I am right. The customer service is horrible. I know we will never order from here again.

Every time I order through the app, they’ve made my order in the time-frame they mention or even quicker. Had an issue a while back and they remade my order and offered a coupon for the next visit. I usually do curbside and the staff has always come off friendly. Delivery can be slow, but that’s not a deal breaker. I recommend just picking up if possible.

This Dominos is very unprofessional! I put my order in 3 days early online. My order was suppose to be at my door at 5:30! My pizza did not arrive until 6:15. I called during this time and asked to speak to a manager, I heard faintly in the background the manager say “hang up” And the girl clicked!!! I called back and the girl acted clueless and said it’s going to be 40 minutes. So I told her “ like I said I’d like to speak to a manager!” I waited once again and she told me the managers are busy and can’t talk! Literally speechless. They did nothing for me but show how unprofessional they are. I’ve worked in fast food for many years and this is by far the worst. Do better.

HORRIBLE customer service. Pizza took over 2.5 hours. We will never order from here again. Staff was rude to us. Food quality was below even being decent.
