I haven’t ate here, but I was stuck with a coworker in the parking lot of the Dairy Queen next door because the car she was driving needed jumped. She asked one of the Dominos workers for help and three of them came over and helped us out, and we got home safely. It was after hours for them and we really appreciated it. 10/10 for friendliness and for helping us out!

I have ordered here multiple times since moving to Goshen, and every time has been a great experience. Fast service, friendly staff, a clean environment, and good pizza. Plus there’s usually a deal for what I’m craving so I never pay more than 20 for my entire family (With Carry out). It’s my pick over the other chain pizza places.

Lousy customer service. Understaffed, computer issues (according to staff). After ordering and waiting nearly twice as long as indicated and after 2 phone calls we did receive our food. Overpriced but it did arrive hot and fresh. This location has definite problems as the last time I ordered they cancelled the order after an hour because they had run out of cheese. Seriously! Decided to give them another chance today, probably the last time I will.

This is a great Domino’s store and I’ve been having Domino’s all over the USA for the past 40 years. The only issue I see is that there’s a lady manager that screams to her co-workers. That’s so mean and unprofessional. I wish I didn’t see that ugly scene. I can’t imagine what it is to work with someone like that on a daily basis. I hope someone reads this and tells her to lower her volume and be nice to others.

When they first came to town it was so busy that it was difficult to get pizza and we ended up canceling a couple times. We are happy to say that now that the excitement of a new pizza place in town is over, the last two orders we have made have been delivered so fast and the pizza and lava cakes are amazing! Glad that it seems they worked out the kinks.

We werent even acknowledged by staff after standing around for 15 minutes whilst there was one member of staff on the phone to her boyfriend and the rest were all working the line. The pizza sauce is weak in comparison to the UK’s equivalent and the garlic sauce is the most fake flavored sauce i have ever had on my palette. ew.

I have had Dominoes from coast to coast; this is the absolutely worse experience I have ever had at a Dominoes! Second, large $100 order, second time it’s been OVER 30 minutes late, for CURBSIDE pickup! When they first opened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they were very busy. But now? This is ridiculous!
