Yes I am very disappointed in this location. At 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 12/4/21, I placed an order for pick up at 1:45 PM, same day, for 12 pizzas. Four cheese, four pepperoni, and four sausage. The manager immediately called back to cancel the order as there was supposedly no one working between 12 and 2 PM that day. So I called at 10:30 AM when they opened to place a fake order because I felt like the manager was lying. Sure enough they were going to take my order for my fake eight pizzas. So I explain to the manager I was talking to that I was highly upset with the customer service, the lies, and not only that but my pizzas were burnt when I picked them up. I picked up my pizzas at 2 PM. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get them because I was already running late for my son‘s birthday. When I got to the hotel where my son was having his fourth birthday party, people were already to eat. They picked through the pizza that was not burnt. When I called back as soon as I could at 5 PM, after his party, they told me they could not refund me or help me out. That I should’ve brought the pizzas back right away. I explained I’ve been in customer service for a long time and the way they were treating me was not right. This issue was not resolved at all. I will not be going back to this location. And I expect someone to fire this manager. This is absurd. I have been in food and retail customer service for over 15 years and I have never been lied to or had such bad customer service.

The pan pizza was excellent. The original was good. The Parmesan bites were crispy and yummy. The cinnabites were good. The loss of 1 star is because we didn’t get a dip with them. The service was fast and friendly.

Waited about an hour and thirty minutes and then called to ask the status of the order. The order was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Was told that it would take another hour or so. No refund or any form of compensation was offered. If you cannot fufill even the barest of minimum for your customers, while giving an attitude, you are not fit to be in the service industry.

We ordered pizza from this location on a Tuesday. It took over an hour to receive, which we were understanding about, because of ongoing staff shortages. But when we received our pizza it was stone cold and one pizza box had been mashed into the pizza and then had cooled so that there was no scraping them off to try and piece the pizza back together.

If I could give a 0000 star I would. Ordered food was told 15 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called was told it would be another 45 minutes that they had 1 cook and 2 drivers. Really the guy was rude and no help. Why would you even stay opened. This was the 2ntime we ordered took and hour and 15 minutes the 1st time after being told 25 minutes. Our dominios in bryan ohio is on it.

Staff manipulates the app so that the tracker shows the order was ready for pickup at 9:22. I show up (because the food is supposed to be done), and the guy (crappily) says “maybe 15 minutes.”

Terrible. Every time I order I wait at least 30 min to an hour just for order to be cancelled because they don’t have enough workers or a driver if you can avoid this domino’s at all costs
