I ordered two medium three topping pizzas, and a dessert. The pizzas delivered to me just had cheese one did not even have sauce, only cheese and bread. I was really looking forward to my spinach Alfredo pizza, disappointment is a understatement. The dessert was correct. I called the store and told them the situation in a calm manner. I was told that the manager personally made my order and there was not a mistake, I offered to show my receipt and the cheese pizzas. I was told this happens all the time and there’s nothing they can do. Then I was hung up on *twice after I said that didn’t seem fair for the price. I was calm and professional throughout the experience and tipped well. Long story short I will never order from domino’s again. I called the customer support line I’ve been on hold 45mins now. I would give zero stars but that’s not possible so I’ll give them one.

Don’t order from this domino’s unless you want BURNT and COLD food. It took an hour and a half to get this NASTY food to us and we only live 3 miles from this store. When we called about it they acted like they could care less and hung up on us.

Spent $50 , to wait an hour for my food , just to not get everything I ordered . Proceeded to call them and tell them , they said they’ll remake and send out . Okay , fine . 30-40 minutes go by , and I get the sandwich , just to not have the right one . Request a refund , denied . Then was refused service for “cussing two employees out” when in fact none were only the manager .

We ordered carry out online. Everything went threw and was accepted. We got confirmation, sent to pick up the pizza, only to find a single employee inside who locked the doors(was not closing time) and completely in ignoring my husband. Hours later we get a notification that the order was canceled. Never domino’s again.
