Would give 0 stars for management if I could. Was decent until today, considering I order from here at least once a week or more since I live pretty close. Worst customer service experience ever today though. Don’t need to tell the long story, but I’ll never order from here again. They lost a loyal customer who spends a lot of $ there over an $11 pizza. At the time that the pizza was supposed to be completed. I go to the window and the guy tells me to be 15 more minutes. I tell him no problem I’ll come back. When I get back to the window. There’s a car in front of me. This person just waited at the window for their Pizza. Instead of them telling the person to move out the way

Googling this location says they close at 1AM. On the Domino’s Website, the store closes at 1AM. I decided to place an order online and pay with my card at the store. I am glad I specified to pay at the store. I ordered before midnight and the website told me the food was ready before midnight. I arrived before midnight. With a little over an hour left till the store is suppose to be closed, I walk up to the door that seemed to be where to go. The door was locked. Workers inside saw me and kept doing their, what I believe to be, clean up. No phone call to explain if they were closed or anything.. Needless to say, I am glad I didn’t pay with my card online.

After 3 years of rumors, this location has finally opened. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is up to standards…and I can tell you that the US version of Domino’s (compared to Belgium, United Kingdom, Portugal & Spain) is far superior to other country’s….and in my opinion Domino’s is superior pizza to the other national chains in town. The best part is that they deliver to most of Waynedale! The competition will likely notice the decline in business…

I always order veggies or cheese but they always somehow put some pieces of meat in some of the slices. This has happened twice. I guess no more Domino’s, very disappointing to leave like this. Will be telling my friend and family to watch out when ordering from dominos.

10/15/22 were short staff and they did great job the driver was Roy I would like to know the name of the lady who was in the phone. For Saturday night and busy, you did great job thank you. Owner and the company should be great full with this 2 people.
