Ordered $70 of food and 1.5hrs still not here, I call and they said they can’t deliver it bcuz im out of the delivery area (I’m less then 2 miles) from them. They didn’t have the decency to call me and let me know they weren’t going to deliver it. Finally they realized that they messed up and I could reorder my original order. No thank you, never again will I order from them

A gentleman by the name of Zach greeted me with a smile and was very pleasing to talk to after chatting for a brief moment he shared with me that he just became the new GM and I told him that I was very pleased with their quality and service I live in floyds knobs Indiana but travel to Charlestown Indiana for work and always order from this location because of the great quality and smiling face.

I purchased a buy one get one free pizza card from a local fundraiser. It was sold to me as a card that would allow me to get delivery or carryout with the special. On the front of the card it says valid for delivery or carryout. For some reason, this location said that they will not honor this card for delivery even though I checked to make sure they were listed as a location that honored this discount card on the website before purchasing it.

I ordered a medium pizza, when it arrived it was in crumbled up pile in the back of the box and all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Tried to call the store numerous times, nobody answered and then it just hangs up on you.

This store sure has gone down hill. I did curbside delivery the guy brings it out and gives it to a different car. They said no it wasn’t their order he takes it to another car they said no it wasn’t their order I said it was my order, he takes it inside. Then it brings it back out to the first car and gives it to them. Only to find out they only ordered one pizza, I ordered two pizzas and bread. I got the description of my car in carside pickup. He takes the pizzas back from the first car put them inside and then tries to give them back to me. How do I know that those people didn’t eat something off the pizza or touch it?? I just got my money back I’ll never go back to this Domino’s again so much incompetence.

Ordered a pizza by phone. They said it would be ready to go in fifteen minutes. Drove to the location and it was ready and waiting. The pizza was made correctly and was very tasty. Don’t forget to get an order of ‘parmesan bread bites’. A real favorite of mine.
