I’ve seen some negative reviews about this store, but personally I’ve only had positive experiences here. I ordered using the app and when I got to the store my food was ready. It was hot and tasty, as usual. The staff has always been very nice to me as well, which is another complaint I’ve seen. I get something from here regularly and have never had any problems. Will definitely go back.

They make the best chain pizza in Salem! If you talk to the manager ask them for the one bite everybody knows the rules secret pizza. I give it a 7.8 out of 10. That’s a great rating if you rate things correctly.

Pizza had bubbles through the whole thing leaving no sauce and no cheese in those bites. Either change the dough recipe or roll it out correctly. And the seasoning on the crust of one of my pizzas was missing. Ugh I was hoping that the new owners would be better.

Great pizza with generous toppings!! The staff was super nice and friendly. Wonderful deals. There is very nice and clean dining inside. The little boys enjoyed drawing on the chalk wall while waiting for their pizza. Wherever we have gone all over the country we could always count on Domino’s for quality and value and the Salem Domino’s was no exception. Thank you!!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered 5 pizzas. Pick up time was 30 to 45 minutes later. I arrived at the 30 minute mark, paid and was told it would be brought out to me. 45 minutes later I return to the window since nobody would answer the phone and was told nobody told the staff that I had arrived. I gave the manager a discription of my issue and he told me the next order was on him. I just took him up on his offer. 5 pizzas for 45.00. Obviously reduced price however 3 of 5 pizzas are wrong. No worries. I will not be back. The sign stating under new management needs to say NO management.

After ordering and receiving an email that it was ready I went to the store and had some guy cuss at me telling me to go to a window because they had their doors locked. Then I sat behind a car that was ordering their food waiting to pick mine up for 20 minutes before finally getting mad and leaving. Maybe you need two different Windows like the pharmacy one for pickup and one with questions and to drop off an order. I used to love Domino’s but I will never order from Salem again. Do better Domino’s
