Let me start off by saying I’ve never had any bad experiences with this location. The last time I ordered there was a mix up and I was delivered the wrong pizza, stuff happens, the pizza was hot so that was no issue at all. I absolutely hate complaining or saying negative things like this but tonight I ordered a pizza for me and my son because it’s friday, I’m a working mom and I’m feeling lazy. The pizza was hot and delicious, I ordered a cheese with extra pineapple. It’s my sons favorite and I don’t really like meat so it’s a nice texture change. I bit into whatever this was. I kept chewing but it wasn’t breaking apart. I spit it out and looked at it and i was like oh this is just cheese…but why is it so chewy??? I’m a little worried now and hope this wasn’t something not meant for consumption. 4 stars because I don’t want to be a jerk about this. Things happen, but i am a little concerned as I can’t identify what this is.

I placed my order at 6:15 and order tracker said 29 minutes for delivery. Food comes out of the over at 6:29 and arrives at my house, barely warm, at 7:05. I spent nearly $40 on cold food and was offered a free medium 2 topping or 20% off. How about refunding my order that was cold and nasty? That would be great.

My husband and I just went to this location and were greated by Dale and Amy. They were very nice and got our order in fast. Thay have the best pizza and will definitely be going again. Always fresh and hot! Loved how nice the employees were. Also very clean!

I order from this Domino’s a ridiculous number of times in any given time period and have for a number of years. The output from this location is above all else quality and consistent. My biggest gripe was that any sauces for my order wouldn’t arrive with my order- even if I put a note in the delivery notes box. Management explained it was a flaw with how their system printed out orders, but I can say this issue has seemingly resolved itself and I’ve not had this be an issue for awhile now. Their drivers are prompt and friendly. If there was ever an issue with an order, management always made it right whether with a new delivery or store credit. I’m a night owl and appreciate their later delivery times when nothing around me for 15+ miles is still open, they have been there too save the day. Highly recommend this location in particular and Domino’s in general.

Worst ever, not a huge shocker for this location! I called in and ordered curbside because the app crashed on me. The girl on the phone was rude and pushy. Waited outside for 35 minutes before calling and asking if my order was ready when she told me they don’t do curbside over the phone? Ok? So my order sat there and got cold. Back at the hotel, no surprise cold pizza, cold and oddly tasting undercooked wings. When I said I was done with Subway, I meant it…never went back and won’t. Now I can say the same thing for Domino’s. Never ordering from them again. I’m just done!

Out walking in my neighborhood that has a speed limit of 20 mph and a Domino’s delivery driver flew by going at least 40 mph. There were kids riding their bikes in the street. Absolutely unacceptable. Driver was male with long hair driving a truck. When I flagged him down to slow down he stopped, got out and yelled “You’re willing to die to slow me down?!” I will never order pizza from the Newburgh Domino’s again.
