Normally, I have a good experience with Domino’s, but this time was not one of those times. I ordered 2 sandwiches, and they ran out of salami after one sandwich but told me in passing like it wasn’t a big deal. No offer for price reduction or remedy. I suggested adding more pepperoni, but he said it was too late…it was the cook that piped in and said she could. On a separate note. I opted for bringing the order to my vehicle. I hit I had arrived and a minute or so later the counter said it was done, I waited a good 5+ minutes and went in and the sandwiches were still in the oven. I guess they did this to save a free pizza. I’m giving pizza hut a call next time.

So, it’s been a while since I’ve had a terrible experience, but I was pretty heated tonight. When I ordered, the app estimated 15-25 minutes for delivery time. I always know that is usually a generous estimate, so whatever. It gets to quality check, yay! Sits there in the store for approximately 30 minutes, so I call the store. On hold for 10 and I get the “out for delivery” right as the person finally picks up. I told her I was checking and it finally went out after sitting there so long. She said “well we’ve been busy and only have one driver” with an attitude. I get being busy and short staffed, but don’t make the product that much in advance!!! I told her I hope it’s not cold and she said “it wont be”. Certainly isn’t fresh, though! Especially another however long sitting in the car before I get it. Guess I won’t be ordering delivery from them in the evenings, since time management evidently isn’t taught to employees.
