Was told 10-15 minutes and order didn’t come out for 30 minutes. When I said it had been 15 minutes, a delivery driver said “it’s in the oven, I don’t know what to tell you”. A woman brought it out, I got an apology, but no refund offered. Probably shoulda just asked for a refund after 15 and gone to Arby’s or something.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza. When they pulled it out they used the peal and cutter used for all the other pizza. I asked if they always use the same cute for booth and they said no not usually. They didn’t offer to remake it so that was disappointing. I know there is a chance for cross contamination but that was rude considering they usually cut it on a separate surface with a different cutter.

They did not make my husband’s pizza correctly for like the 3rd time and I did not get my pizza square cut like I requested for like the 4th time. Then while they were remaking my husband’s pizza, the manager just left my other 4 pizzas on the counter to get cold. A very kind young lady that worked there finally came and asked if I would like her to put the other 4 pizzas under the warming light. After all that, they let me keep the messed up pizza, but did not apologize or offer anything else!

They delivered to the wrong house again. Happens a lot. Luckily I saw the do a turn around in our neighborhood on our cameras. I walked down the street and found our pizza sitting outside 4 doors down. Called store and they were acting like there is no issue. The guy at the store said, that happens sometimes and was like what is your complaint! Lol, didn’t even care. Just the way it is now. We order a lot from there but I think we are done finally with this place.

ordered a delivery from store. site said it would be 35 mins went over an hour with it still not even being started. called the store to figure out what’s going on no apology just “oh we were going to call you, we only have 1 driver.” could have called right away our customers and told them delivery is going to slower than expected and some of us might be willing to change to pick up but nope just let the order sit in limbo until people get upset enough to call them.

Received my order 10 minutes ago, wings were great however my salad might be the worst looking salad I’ve ever seen. Still in shock that they thought it was in the slightest bit acceptable to deliver. I made sure to attach the picture. Do better domino’s!

I would give more stars but I stood outside and waited for my order for 25 min and was looking for the driver. my girlfriend got the order because they went to the security door instead of looking for someone waiting outside. you lost my business permanently.

Don’t bother calling Domino’s Pizza at North Green River Rd. I was on hold for 20 minutes just now and hung up. I’ll find another pizza place who picks up the phone and wants to serve me/my money. You deserve less than 1 star…

Best chain pizza place around. Pizza is always made just as ordered and cooked fast, even on evening weekends. The crust is amazing. Not sure what seasoning they sprinkle on it, but I sure do wish they sold it in a bottle.
