Had an app issue with my delivery address, it was auto filling my old address instead of my new one (even though my old one was deleted and only had my new one saved). The store manager at the store the order was erroneously sent to had to cancel my order and referred me to this one, who’s delivery range my current address is in and explain the situation.

First time ordering in 4 years because of previous bad experiences. They sent the wrong order. Asked them to make a new one because we didn’t want cold pizza. They finally, after an hour and a half, delivered a luke-warm pizza. Bad pizza and horrible customer service. Will never order from Domino’s again.

I received 2 of these pasta bowls. It’s supposed to be full. This is supposed to be Chicken Alfredo. They’re supposed to be filled covered. It’s burnt and there is barely any sauce or chicken. The “hot wings” barely had sauce. Also the pizza was cold. I was given a 20 minute timeframe for a pickup order that consisted of 3 large pizzas, 2 pastas, 1 order of wings, 1 stuffed cheesy bread and 1 cookie brownie. All of that isn’t even possible in 20 minutes. This is my 2nd order, after my original order was canceled with absolutely no notification or anything. This is not ok! Please do better

This is my second review of Lafayette Pizzarias. The pizza here is awful. Dominos Pizza used to be ok but the pizza at this location in particular is awful. The pizza is often soggy and has an odd taste to it really tastes like the oven is not really hot enough or something like that. I would tell anyone looking for pizza to stay clear of dominos and specifically stay clear of this location u less you want to waste your money.

Service is great, phenomenally punctual & courteous. No complaints at all with service or delivery. I DO have a problem with a delivery charge???? It really has slowed my ordering down. Kind of frustrating when you order a $17.99 special and it’s over 30 bucks with tip. Maybe I’m wrong but if you’re charging me to deliver it then that money should go to the driver and I shouldn’t tip, my delivery charge IS the tip. The delivery charge and the lack of pasta in the pasta bowls are the only two complaints. Had a layer of noodles on the bottom of the bowl. You would not serve a bowl of pasta to somebody dining in that is 3/4 empty. Fill the bowl please! Other than that the store is two thumbs up, 4 stars.

We order from Domino’s at least once a week and always tip 15% if not more. Somehow we always get the same delivery driver. Today when he delivered my husband heard him say something on the other side of the door before it was opened. When I opened the door to get the food I polity said thank you and waved. This older man named Jeff (the delivery driver) turned around and walked to his car mumbling something. I told my husband that I was going to check the camera, and as I did we caught him talking about us rudely before I opened the door. We called the Domino’s store to talk to a manager and she said that she would talk to him when he got back and blew it off as if it was nit a big deal. I promise you that we will NOT be ordering from there again!!!!! They are rude to their customers and have bad attitudes. This was the Domino’s on Veterans Memorial
