Well I just had to send a shout out to this Domino’s for caring about Customer Satisfaction. I am truly grateful you fixed the mishap with my Mushrooms instead of chicken pasta mishap. The manager recognized the concern and fixed it NO problem even gave a lil extra TLC which was delicious. Folks this is why I tip and respect this industry….because if you stay honest, humble & kind; you get what you give back. I appreciate and will continue to support this location!!! Two out my last three delivery orders have been missing key ingredients. Ordered buffalo chicken from menu tonight from the specialty menu. No custom requests. Didn’t come with the buffalo sauce! Not to mention average of less than one tiny chunk of chicken per slice. Can barely spot any.

Thanks Seth and Crew. My mom “Aunt Kelli” was having a horrible night, but making sure we were fed before bed…she called and placed a late nite pasta order and it was delicious. The cheese bread was YUMMY ALL by itself. It did not need RANCH Dipping Sauce like the one from home . The food was hot and the delivery driver was kind and on time, even confirmed he had the correct address before delivering. Hopefully we can order again before leaving the area. The food was !!!

Placed a pickup order around midnight, said it was being made, and I drove to the store to pick up the pizza. Was told they cancelled my order, and that they closed at midnight. The hours listed (and verified by the business) on Google are until 2am, and their door hours say until 1am. Will not support this location ever again.

I was an inpatient at Trinity Health May 23-28th. I ordered three times! Each order was wrong. The second order was when I had a visitor and tried to order that Friday May 25th. They never even showed up! Very rude when I called and some of the numerous times I called to see where my order was i kept being told it was on its way. Well it never on its way’d to me! Kept being told oh hold on while trying to place an order like they had no idea what I was trying to order. It was hold on oh hold on sometimes I was put on hold other times it was without the call being placed on hold. Get it together! I spent way too much to get poor service and was prepared to spend close to $38 plus tip for the order I never got!

Got a Badly made pizza this Sunday. Had a bunch of thin spots in the dough so the slices just flop around. Used to work at this location and that is not acceptable. The person stretching that dough needs a lesson in quality.

I’ve never had really any problems at the Domino’s stores the problem is your app I’ve been trying to use it since Christmas of last year and before that and to place your order button isn’t working and then you guys are trying to charge me 10 times the amount that I paid fortunately they 0 out and I don’t don’t cost me anything but you guys need to fix that app

This is my go-to for pizza since it’s 1 minute away from me! They always make it super fast and it’s always ready under 20 minutes. The only time it took forever was on a Sunday and that’s understandable, I just wish it was communicated online, at least telling us they’re busy. But no worries, I will always order from them. Oh, and you can’t beat their online deals.

Very bad experience: I ordered a cheese pizza and first time I am not at all happy with quality of pizza. I know the process ver well and wondering how QC is passed for this pizza. Bad thing is our time wasted and kids had to eat something else. Not a good experience. I usually don’t give feedback however I don’t want this to happen for another customer and kids. This used to be my favorite pizza place, among all others this was the one. It’s close to home and comes with a decent price which is why I always chose Domino’s. Never have I ever meet any problems with the place, until this year. Months ago during the summertime I ordered a pizza for delivery. They always come in clutch for dinner, so I ordered one like regularly to my complex. This was done over phone, because the website was occurring an error at the time. Time passes and I don’t receive any notifications if it’s coming or not, therefore I call the establishment for the pizza. Not only did they not receive the order, but they also explained that they no longer deliver to my location because of problems in the neighborhood. Now I wouldn’t see that as a problem, I could’ve drove to the place as it’s only 5 mins away I only ordered delivery because I was too tired to do so. But no, they told me this AFTER, not when ordering, so I was pretty mad they wasted my time. Now, whenever I order from them the pizza is either sloppy, messed up, overcooked, missing toppings, and not cut. I remember their pizza was good, tasty even but nowadays is just not hitting. They make Little Ceasers taste fantastic in comparison. It’s sad, Domino’s used to be great place but that was long ago.
