Casually eating my pizza and noticed hair. As you can see it clearly looks like male beard hair. I immediately called to inform them. The guy said “ok….what do you want a credit or for us to remake it” I said no I don’t want the pizza you can come pick it up and give me my money back. He put me on hold with out notifying me so I thought the phone when out. I called back he had someone else pick up. I asked for him he takes the phone and continues to be rude. I said are you the manager he said “yes” I said well I would like to speak to your manager because you’re rude. His response was “I offered you a new pizza or a credit what more do you want”

Usually Everything was great at this location except for yesterday ( July 14th ) when my pizza was horrible and not cooked well. I think there was an issue with the oven. While I was picking up my pizza, I overheard one of the staff asking the kitchen to make a new pepperoni pizza because it hadn’t been cooked properly. It seems like the oven problem was the reason behind the undercooked pizza. However, they should have refunded customers and apologized for the issue with the oven instead of potentially losing loyal customers. Thanks!

I called my order in after online service was a headache. I will say the guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. My issue is the timing and quality of food. In picture I got the new 5 cheese dip with bread, speciality chicken bites, medium pepperoni pizza, and I also ordered bread knots. Bread was dough and soaked in butter. Pizza was sloppy, half stuck to top. Chicken bites were burnt, stuck to the foil liner. The dip was another pile of grease, with enough for only one person to have a few pieces. Only reason I did not call to complain to store was fear of would be the same. I asked my family to give this place a try(first time) and I’m now ashamed.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo bread bowl. Saw that it looked dry. Asked the lady that was working can she add more sauce because it looks dry. She says well if I add more it’s going to make your bread saggy. Well it only had like 4 pieces of chicken and almost no sauce. Will never take her advice again. I usually have a great experience at this place but tonight I give y’all a hands down. So disappointed. A waist of my 20 dollars. Oh yeah not going to start with the buffalo wings

They never ever get the order right ever!!!! I asked for extra sauce on all three pizza’s and got ZERO sauce. HOW does the word extra so like no sauce, go figure.I had to drive back in the middle of a rain Storm to get the right pizza. The guy that gave me the pizza’s never once said sorry or apologized in any shape or form, as if I was just picking it up for the first time and he didnt care the slieset bit that they got my order wrong and I had to drive in the middle of a storm for their mistake AGAIN!!! Last time we ordered there, they got all the topping wrong on all 3 pizza’s smh!!! Worse Domino’s pizza I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all over our country.

I live in walking distance, have ordered from this location several times a month for the last 3 years. Tonight they refused to break a $100 for a $50 order. I only had about $30 in smaller bills. While one gentleman seemed to want to help me, another person came up to me quoting the company hand book and after working a 12 hour day today, my favorite cook made my order, and all i heard was go down the street to do something we should basically already do for a regular. I tip 20% on carry out and 30% on deliveries, they just lost a regular.
