I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza. When I arrived, the young lady that worked there gave me a old pizza. When I asked for a fresh pizza, she told me it was fresh and she started making it as soon as I ordered over the phone. She knew very well that it was old but she was still trying to give it to me stating that it was fresh. Then, I asked for the manager and she said the manager was not there at the time. Finally, she agreed to make me a fresh pizza and I had to wait additional 10-15 minutes. As a frequent customer, I had a terrible experience that day because my time was waisted and I was lied to.

Terrible food, worst Dominos ever. I called to tell them that the food was terrible and the manager (Sonya) instead of being nice she ended up charging me again for what I tasted and said I’ll get the refund for the untouched items later so now I have 2 transactions on my account. Very unprofessional. The chicken wings smelled very bad, chicken salad smelled and tasted terrible, pizza was sooooo bad. Half the pizza Was raw.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They had my order was ready for over 30 mins, making me wait even though I ordered it online prior. When I went up to them after 30 mins, and they told me it had been ready and started arguing with me. Never going back to this place again. I am very upset. The pizza doesn’t even taste good.

Food is fine, but this is not the first time I’ve ordered on the app, gotten a notification that was ready and had to wait 10 more minutes (I usually give them about 5 minutes before I actually go in, and I still had to wait another 5 once i went in). for it to actually be done. Please do better with this. I don’t understand the point of letting someone know their food is done, when it isn’t.
