I used to order from the Dominos in Farmington, but when the manager left to take on another store I had to track him down. Keith consistently makes the best pizzas so the drive was worth it to make sure my kid had the best pies for their party. Thanks again for the great pizza!

I had placed an order here end of April when my nephew had come over to spend a few days. Two speciality Philly pizzas with some of the items changed. The one pizza was burnt, AND the items were not correct. I called and spoke to someone (a man) they told me “no worries next time you order just let us know about the credit” or whatever the exact words were. I specifically asked “so nothing you need to give me like a code or any evidence of this” he replied “no I will take care of it”. Fast forward to today my nephew comes over to visit. Being a 12 year old kid he remembers everything and asks me about the pizza I was supposed to get. Wow I totally forgot about it. I call in and ask about the credit and a woman answers ” oh there is nothing here, I see last time you ordered was in April”. Yes, I know last time I ordered was in April that’s when my order was burnt and made incorrectly. It’s been summer, I’m camping, traveling and grilling not ordering pizza. “Yeah there’s nothing here”. So essentially, too bad. I won’t be ordering from here again. Which is disappointing because I have ordered from this location at least 15 times in the just under two years I have lived here.

Came in last night a hour before closing , after I had called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes and the guy working (assuming he was a manager or a supervisor because the driver was doing dishes or something in the back) was so rude! I have never ever experienced such miserable, angry aggression from someone. He didn’t speak when we walked in . We spoke and asked how his night was and he didn’t reply. We even apologized for coming in a hour before closing . The energy and animosity got so bad after placing the order that we had to tell him to just cancel the order and we would reach out to our bank for a refund.we were honestly worried that he would do something to our food. We’ve only been to this location once before and the gentleman ( I think he was the store manager) was so nice and was able to modify the pizza the way we like it. But that will be the last time we ever go here and it’s sad one disgruntled employee can cause you to lose a customer. I’m a regional manager and I was so appalled by this guy’s behavior that I had to leave a review. Hopefully someone will read this and address it properly. Our first visit was definitely 5 star but last nights visit doesn’t even deserve a one star!

Very disappointed. Ordered pasta bowl and the alfredo sauce was glopped on AFTER the bowl went through the oven, which resulted in my food being an uneven temperature and couldn’t even eat it until I got home that evening after mixing it up and throwing it in my oven. Manager there appears unprofessional and seems to not care about the type of quality of food going out of that store. Probably should train your management and their employees on how to provide better service and deliver a higher quality of food to customers.

Would definitely give zero stars if I could I would never order from this place again they do not put proper portions of meat on your food they are very rude they burn your food they’re not here in a timely fashion when it comes to delivery Time the delivery driver always seems to be high and forgets you’re dipping ranch for dipping whatever you use every single time they don’t give out refunds when your food is not properly made it’s just an all-around mess they do not care about you when you are the ones paying for their checks by ordering their food this Dominos location definitely sucks and I will never go backWhen I inquired about a refine do to help their food was all I got back was $6.50 when I spent over $20. They do not deserve 1 star. Last several attempts to order from this store have either failed, they did not have ingredients, they sent the wrong order, the pizza looked like it was carried sideways and on one occasion they cancelled my order but never refunded me and I fought to get that fixed and gave up after a month. Worse ever.

To be honest, I’m not sure why there’s negative reviews. I pay with my debit card every time they don’t only accept cash. Every time I get my food from here it’s completely fresh and it doesn’t mess up my stomach. It’s fair priced. Nothing spectacular in that. Every time I come here the employees are smiling and laughing so it has to be relatively good
