So frustrated!!! My wife ordered $50 worth of food to the ONLY comfort inn in our area. We waited and waited and no pizza. We called and spoke with a “manager on duty” named Ben who from the start was very condescending. We asked where our pizza was and he said “I know exactly what your order is, there was a computer glitch, your driver is just now leaving the store now with your order” we waited another hour and called back again and he said your order was delivered. I said, we have not received anything. When we ordered our pizza from the Dominoes app it auto populated the address for the hotel (the only comfort inn within 30 miles) When speaking to Ben he said they delivered to the address on file. They delivered to a house 10 min from the hotel. No calls, no explanation, no willingness to remake our order. He became very rude, irate, argumentative, disrespectful and even stated it was our fault that we did not get our pizza. And went on to say we are out the money and have a good night! He then continued to hang up on us. Ive worked in the delivery industry for years and when it says a hotel with a room number on file and you deliver to a house it should be common sense to call the customer and the way he treated my wife was completely uncalled for. HORRIBLE customer service. All we wanted was to have pizza and enjoy the evening with our family!!! Very disappointed Dominoes. You can do better!!! By the Way we never did get our pizza or a refund!!!

The manager of this location, Ben is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. He was condescending and disrespectful and out and out ignores company policies. I see there are other reviews from people also Ben is rude to customers. I will never be returning to this dominos again.

Mind Over Machine
We have not ordered from domino’s since they left our order at another house and then just went and picked it up and brought it over instead of making new. We had no idea where the food was so we did not eat it and it ended up being wasted. We decided to give them another shot but were disappointed again. The delivery driver gps was in the next neighborhood over at a house for about 15 minutes. So by the time they stopped hanging out there and got the pizza to my house it was pretty cold. It was also overcooked. I don’t think I will be giving domino’s another shot.

Today I ate the worse pizza ever. Their med is actually a small compared to Lil Caesars. Their pepperoni and cheese is tasteless. It was burnt around the edges. All this for $14 double the price of Lil Caesars. They have the nerve to ask for a tip on their credit card reader. I left no tip,lower you price gouging and I will be glad to leave a tip. I pay my tips personally so I know it goes to the right person. Quit buying from these price gouging businesses. It’s the only way your gonna stop them. Their all multimillionaires. We don’t have inflation we have price gouging.

Horrible pizza!!! Pizza was burnt and pasta bread bowl was raw in the middle!!! Order was never brought out to my car even after 10 mins!!! I had to go in and get it!!! Tracker said I get a free pizza next time due to a long wait never got the email for it!!! Staff at this location is very rude and not welcoming!!!
