I ordered online to get the 5.99 2 or more deal order 2 pan pizzas. The web page doesn’t let you choose no cheese (diary allgery). So I called and asked if they could keep it off. They said that they would when I went to get it the guy that was there even said they remade it and took the cheese off cause they had already started it. Then fast forward to getting it home the pizza is literally riddled with cheese. So I called they left me on hold for and hour then hung up the phone

Ordered over $100 in food for child’s birthday today. Pizza came without cheese one ine and another without sauce. Called store and their only response was come get another one. So tired of return trips to this store for their mistakes. Not leaving child’s party because of your mistake. Poor service.

I LOVE dominos and Im a professional driver, so It’s safe to say I’ve had dominos all across this country and this specific location is terrible. First my thin crust pizza looked as if it was dropped and still given to me, my pan pizza was over cooked, I didn’t receive my sauces I paid for, and they gave me the wrong soda. I called back and was told they would remake it and hung up on me. I didn’t want anything from them by this point, so I called back and asked if they could just bring my sauce I paid for. They agreed but no one ever came…. if this is how they treat their customers, they should not be in business period. Someone from corporate should really take a look at this location. I ordered online, paid online and selected car side delivery since I had my kiddos in the car, which worked out great! The worker was very friendly, kind and polite, which is much appreciated in a world full of mean and uncaring people. I ordered a couple of the 3 topping large pizza deal for $7.99. The pizza was amazingly delicious! Even with a 20 minute car ride home my pizza was still hot. Great job BV Domino’s!

I ordered a Philly steak cheese pizza honey barbecue wings and a Coke and took about 2 hours to get my my pizza was cold my chicken was cold and I don’t think no Philly was on my pizza cuz I didn’t text you to tasted like a regular pizza I spent a lot of money on that food and I didn’t get to really enjoy it it makes me upset but at the same thing I can do is write a bad review because it was terrible and this is this shouldn’t happening in 2022 we all know our jobs we all know we have to do and we all should get our jobs done if you short jobs or short number in people then take the orders again don’t take the orders you can my pizza was not made right. I’m still upset they haven’t even tried to correct the situation if they not going to do the job right they should just close the place down

I am breaking my three visits rule to post this now. They have been good to us here and have given us great deals every time. They have been quick always. The food is great. We found them to be very generous with cheese and try to be accommodating to people who are slowly becoming vegetarian.

8:07 finished. My order for 3 7.99 pizzas 2 were hamburger,bacon and pineapple. And a pepperoni green pepper and onion 8:37 went to door told had 2 minutes. Plus up on board said 2 minutes To get back in my vehicle and call, I did as i was rudely told to do, was told it was coming out of the oven then, waited til 8:55 called back told it was about to come out of oven once again i questioned why i was told at 8:55 is was coming out and now your telling me the same thing again told it will be brought out when done

I was giving this Domino’s a second chance after 6 months, and once again, it is taking a long time to get my order. According to their tracker app, my order has been out of the oven over a half an hour before it is out for delivery. My previous order took several hours, so needless to say, it will be quite a long time before I give them a chance again.

I was charged 24$ for a 13$ pizza. When I called the manager I was told there was nothing they could do, i should call corporate. They told me the manager should have taken care of it immediately . They would call her and she will call me. 24 hrs later no phone call. I called the store. Again the manager told me to call corporate, the order was canceled in the computer and there is nothing she could do. She told me to call my bank and see if they could help me! So they canceled my order but still charged me? After I called corporate 3 times they called back to apologize and they will refund my entire amount. I feel the store manager should have handled this from the beginning instead of me making me do the leg work. The store can charge my card but they cant refund my card? I feel this is terrible customer service on the stores part . I dont know what their manager manages…

So I ordered a pizza at about 4:10 this afternoon for my team to be delivered as soon as possible. The website cited 50-60 minutes for delivery. Ok, not a problem. At almost 6 my team called and asked where the pie was? When I called the store, they put me on hold twice for over 10 minutes, and then told me the pizza was just going out for delivery at 6:06 pm after showing on the online tracker that it was being quality control checked at: 455 pm. An hour and ten minutes? I asked the gal on the phone if it was hot still and she said “I think so, it should be” and would be there in about 15 or 20 minutes.
