I’m done with this store and it’s staff. I regularly order extra cheese on my pizza and happy pay for it, and I expect it! The individuals who work at this store are happy to take my money, but not make my pizza the way I ordered it. If they put half as much effort into making my pizza correctly as arguing with me about it at the register, they wouldn’t have lost the business of a repeat customer.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and this is how I received the pizza. They didn’t even knock on my door. I opened my door an hour later to find this just sitting there. When I called the place back, the manager hung up on me. So I called back and they said “I highly doubt your pizza is sideways.” I brought the pizza back to show them how horrible it was. They finally gave me a refund and a whole lot of attitude. I won’t ever be ordering from this place again.

I did not even order a pizza and their driver did something awesome (taller, older gentlemen) he had delivered to a neighbor and saw I had boxes sitting in the rain. He knocked on my door to let me know they were outside my apartment building. This guy deserves solid respect for being a good person. Thank you again man! I will order pizza from here more often just for having some decency.
