Yesterday I ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food that included a large pizza, a medium pizza, two salads and a variety of additional sauces. I picked this order up curbside. Upon arriving home the large pizza was perfect but the medium pepperoni pizza was SO burned that my two granddaughters (4 and 5) said it “wasn’t” pepperoni and would not eat it. I called the store, told them the pizza was burned, explained my disappointment and said that I was driving there with the entire uneaten pizza to get a replacement. When I arriveded at the store, there was another customer in the store (seated) so I wanted to be discreet about returning the burnt pizza. Long story short. the “manager” yelled, was rude, and so unprofessional toward me, despite my kind behavior, that I got the distinct feeling that this young man was attempting to create some “social-media” worthy scene that he could record. Although the the truth is, the only person who anyone would see acting ridiculous on any camera, would be him. My daughter called after I left and went home, so upset and baffled by his unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. He then proceeded to yell at my daughter and claimed he recorded everything. We have contacted corporate and it is our hope that he did really record his obnoxious behavior. He needs to be reprimanded at the very least or fired (the better option) as I can’t even begin to imagine that this person is respresenting the Dominio brand in a way that any professional business owner would expect. We have always been pleased with the product and service prior to this. It is unfortunate that if someone burns a pizza and the customer simply wants to exchange it that it is now, because of people like him, impossible to do so in a professional manner. Ironically this store in Ionia has a job posting for a General Manager right now and perhaps this is the reason this “manager” hasn’t been trained well in customer service. Either way, I am looking forward to a play back of “his” recording and a resolution to his behavior for future customers.

Hand tossed pizza is our favorite. The sauce is thicker and has a great flavor. Toppings are generous, and the crust is crunchy. We always add extra garlic as it’s a favorite of ours. We love the cinnamon twist but usually ask for more cinnamon on our order. Sometimes, they skimp on that.

My son wanted to order 15 pizzas for the end of his wedding. I wanted to surprise him and cover the cost for him. I call and talked to a manager and was told the order was placed by my son and was not paid yet. So I paid for the 15 pizzas with the manager. The night of the wedding my son told me he paid for the pizzas already. I call and spoke to a different manager and he said the order was now for 30 pizzas somehow. The manager said well now your getting 30 pizzas. Somehow the manager added 15 pizzas and it cost me over $180.00 for his mistake. I personally went to the store and talked to a manager and he told me he will speak to the general manager. So far no contact on a solution.

Pizza was great.. So were the chessy bread. It was ordered and delivered within 32 minures. My Mother and I are happy with the order and service overall. Aaron made the pizza and chessy bread very well. Cameron the delivery guy was polite and courteous. Thanks guys.

What a night.. starts with unprofessional playful banter while I’m trying to quickly order food for my family just to pick up food that’s not to my order at all missing 2 items and management can’t do anything about it boy do miss when companies trained people to help customers but lately I’ve been met with nothing but the worst

They gave us the wrong order and when I called I got put on hold for 25 minutes, I hung up and called back and they answered and put me on hold again. I was never angry just trying to correct my order and they didn’t give me the time of day, horrible customer service, the pizza we did receive tasted good but customer service 0/10

Food portions are never the same, I order the same stuff every time and it’s never the same amount, usually less. And love the delivery guy who wouldn’t come into the house”company policy “ way to gaslight coming in my house, but please feel free to hold my door open and heat the outside. I prefer to boycott the place , but my mother seems to like it cause you guys deliver. Her tasters messed up so she don’t know any better. Your guys pizza is terrible, is it even real cheese.
