June 18th I placed a build your own pizza. I went inside to let them know I didn’t put onions on my order, but it said onions! I went into the store immediately. Told the manager I did not want onions on it. She said it’s too late its already being made it. She acted super rude! Acted like I made the mistake not her!!

For years I loved this place. Loved and preached how good it is, there has been a change though. My Brooklyn style, WELL DONE, has not been well done the last six of seven times. The only time was when I was waiting when it came out of the oven, I caught them just before they cut it and reminded them that it was well done. Sad.

After waiting 25 mins for wings that “they accidentally gave out” that I called in and waited 25 mins to pick up they remake the wings for theyre mistakes and had me waiting another 30 mins just to cook them and had my chicken sitting for about 10 of those minutes. they’re communicating is horrible. For all that waiting they gave me a SMALL free drink and wings with hotsauce on 5 out of 16 . And spent $16.50 on my wings so yes I’m upset

honestly worse pizza place i’ve ever been too , ordered alfredo and this is the first time out of many times i’ve gotten it and it’s the first time it looked like this half of my noodles were rock solid and way over cooked + burnt . wouldn’t recommend this place for food. and very poor communication when trying to place an order !

This is the pile of pizza I received when I ordered my lunch for the office. This has been a common theme with this store and while they were willing to resolve the situation I can’t justify using their service after repeated incidents. Disappointed.

The quality had really fallen off lately at this location. Tonight I had a timed order for 5:15 I placed at 3:06 plenty of time to make the food and get it here in time for my lunch break instead or didn’t arrive till 5:30 and the pizza was smashed from having other orders on top of it.

At this point if I place an order online and comes with the little red line with special instructions I would think you read it wrong nothing I what I order normally I wouldn’t write but the attuide from the lady who answered the phone was very rude about the problem had you just read it I would never called back to get my order right in the first place but thanks for sending my right order back out Italian sausage w bacon cut into squares hand tossed

Online ordering is really easy. My order is always ready and perfect. I cannot resist the marble brownie and i always get some dipping sauce for my crusts. The store is always clean.
