Worst service imaginable. Placed and ordered here which we had some issues with. Tried calling the store to get help with our concerns. Store clerk was rude, disruptive and argumentative. In the end they yelled at me over the phone before slamming the phone down. Nice to know that this is how Dominoes treats it’s supposedly “valued” customers. Definitely won’t be getting my business ever again.

I gave 2 stars because the gentleman that cashed me out was very pleasant. I ordered ahead to pick up at 6 p.m. and my pizza was ready around 6:20. We love pizza in our family and leftovers are always eaten. Domino’s has a gross sauce and the meat tasted odd. Even my youngest who will eat ANY pizza didn’t want to finish hers. Over half of our 2 large pizzas and part of my sub was thrown away. It just wasn’t good. I partly enjoyed the mango habanero sub but there were no peppers on it at all and hardly any cheese. I didn’t end up finishing it. We won’t be getting domino’s again.

This seems to be a pretty good Domino’s Pizza Store. I have been in others that do not look nearly as organized in the past. It looked like they had plenty of help and the best thing was that the pizza was ready on time when they said it would be. I liked the fact that I could order the pizza earlier than I could at some other Pizza places. I came to this particular pizza place because I had called 2 others that were not open yet. It is always a plus when you can get what you want when you want it. I was happy to give them a five-star rate.

The young woman that seems to be the manager is rather rude. I don’t understand why there is a system that offers you a free pizza if a pizza is not brought out to you within a certain amount of time just for a manager to pause it and claim the system isn’t working well which it notified me it was running properly and I saw time ticking away until she paused it and did not bring it out in time. I mentioned this to her and told her I was watching the timer the whole time and I could see that it was paused for three minutes, it explained to me that if I didn’t receive the pizza by 6:56 I would receive a free pizza and she handed me the pizza at 6:57 and claimed that it was still in the green. She then turned around and went inside and ignored the fact that I was talking to her. I’m not looking for a free pizza I could easily place an order for a pizza anytime I want one but to be lied to just aggravates and frustrates me.
