8/22/23 purchased 2 Domino pizzas on Milham in Kalamazoo. My husband bit into a rope type material. See the photo. The next day my husband returned the pizza. He was treated as if he was lying. We will not recommend or return to Dominos and I advise you don’t either.

Have not visited Dominoes a lot compared to other places. But they 1up other places when it comes to store timings as most of them close by 9 pm and stop taking orders at 8.30 itself. They made sure to take precautions while making our veggie pizza. There was no cross contamination and Fresh cutter was used as requested. The Staff was nice. The Pizza unfortunately turned out to be very soft like the dough was not completely cooked. Surprisingly There is a nice cozy dining areaBut Overall it’s a nice place.

I ordered pizzas tonight from the Domino’s Pizza on Milham in Portage. After they had been delivered, I realized one of the pizzas was not what I had ordered. I called and advised the woman that answered of the mistake to my order. The woman, without hesitation, stated she would fix the pizza herself so it would be fixed correctly and have it delivered. Such wonderful service. I wished I had asked her what her name was. So I am saying thank you to her by way of this posting. She deserves more than a 5 star!

The guy was really cool on the phone did a great job. The delivery guy was very polite…however the pizza was terrible very weak on the cheese and the sauce and part was charred…I’ve gotten Dominos for years and it was nothing like the Dominos I knew in the past … .

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s almost monthly for over the past two years with no real issues. However, this past Friday I placed my order and scheduled for car-side delivery, as I’ve done before. I didn’t add a tip when I paid with my credit card since I had cash on me, and I prefer to tip in cash. Besides the pizza not meeting the 2min guarantee as it states on the box, I was willing to look past it. However, when I checked my credit card statement today, I noticed that there had been a tip added to my card. I’m at a loss for how a company has employees that would steal from customers. While it may be a small amount to some, how am I to know it won’t happen again, or that it hasn’t happened to others that haven’t caught it. Friday’s order may have very well been my last ever from a Domino’s for I would hate to have money stolen from me again by this organization.
