Trash this domino’s is trash I called to get the replacement cheese pizza forna pizza that I had prior gotton and It was trash..this whole experience was horrible. So the pizza I ordered was a plain cheese large pizza. It came is only half the pizza had cheese and then when I called to tell them the girl hung up.

I have ordered pizza from this location on and off since it opened. I have always had a positive experience with good pizza. My most recent hand tossed pepperoni and mushroom pizza has got to be the best ever. Perfectly cooked. The garlic knots were spot on. This pizza stands tall among other pizza stores, even those twice the cost. Great job Jackson Domino’s.

This place is a absolute joke. My order said it’d be done at 6. I get there a 6:05 and they said my order was still baking. Which is fine. At 6:50 they tell me they have to remake my order. I was already there fir a long time so I said I just wanted to cancel my order. I have to be at work si I didn’t have tome to wait. She then tell me she cannot refund my my 35 dollars I’m cash that I had paid for a pizza I hadn’t got yet. So preceded to wait another 30 minutes for my order. Won’t be back.

I still think dominos is the best chain pizza store..and I have seen been ordering from the Jackson store for a few years now.but today a bad experience…I ordered a pizza at 11 am.the order taker said it would be delivered around to 12.45 p.m and 0ne p.m…o.k no problem… 1.30 p.m. No pizza..I called them. Whoever was taking the calls coped an attitude. When I asked where my pizza was..no answer instead she switched me over to a over and over recording ads about various products.

They got my order wrong no pepperoni on my kids pizza I spent $41 dollars for a meal that had a half hour delay for half of it they offered to pay for my next meal so 2 days later I decided to give them another chance so when I physically went in to find out how much of a credit their manager offered me as I did not expect them to pay for all of it just to cover my inconvenience the acting manager said they would not honor their word I will never visit this Domino’s again they were rude discourteous and they are liars

Great food only reason for 3 stars is the app sucks wouldn’t let me scan my card in to pay and then when I tried to put it in manually it wouldn’t let me put in the security code. Pls fix it since I would like to be able to have my pizza delivered.

This store has gone downhill significantly in the last few months. Customer service is horrible. I understand they get extremely busy and are short but leaving customers in the lobby for 15 mins without acknowledging them in any sort if way is unacceptable. A simple “hello, be with you soon as I can” would go a long way! Checking the orders before you give them to customers would also reduce the amount of wrong orders consistently sent out! And maybe try answering the phone at some point. They just let it ring and don’t even attempt to pick it up.

Got the wrong pizza for the third time. Manager is too busy making more incorrect orders to answer the call… Told me to call back later! Too bad as we like Domino’s but will not tolerate this poor customer service.
