Ordered for delivery. Told 15 minutes. 50 minutes later my order finally came. Pizza was cold. Like it had been sitting for a long time. Had to reheat. Stuffed bread was not cut at all. At least it was still slightly warm. Delivery driver was nice (only reason for two stars).

This is the BEST Domino’s I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to many all over Michigan). Lovely Laura makes my pizza perfect EVERY TIME!! Yes, she always makes it. I come here every few months. Last night, Sunday night, Dec 6, 2020, I got a pizza with pepperoni, onions and green peppers. OMG it was so perfect I had to take a picture — it’s attached. OMG look at all the big onions and green peppers! Brianna took my order (I ordered in person at the counter) and she is such a sweetheart…I got to know amazing things about her family as we talked while waiting for my pizza.

Order was 2 HOURS LATE. Maybe they’re short staffed but they should definitely notify or give a heads up or maybe NOT EVEN TAKE THE ORDER. I called after 1 hour of waiting and he seemed annoyed I even called at all. After reassuring me the pizza wouldn’t be cold after 2 total hours the pizza arrived and felt like it had been sitting there for atleast 30 minutes. Super disappointed.

I’ve given them 2 chances and both they failed miserably. Ordered yesterday at 310 in the afternoon and my pizza didn’t get herebuntil 450. Said it was done at 340. Finally after getting it, looked like it was sitting in the box for a loooooong time. 35 dollars worth of food that should have just been thrown out. Absolutely trash place. Poor management and lazy employees it was literally ice cold to the touch.
