Last 4 times we’ve ordered the pizza has been way undercooked, have to put it in the oven every single time even when specifying well done. Have even called before to double check that it would be well done and still it’s half cooked. I’ve worked for 2 different pizza places and this is just not right.

Nasty place.! This place is trash.! They could even make little bread balls not once but twice.! First time RAW.! Second time so OVER COOKED you can’t even eat them.! General Manager here is extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional.! I’ll be calling for my refund from other shift cause the ones working now can’t seem to just COOK parmesan bites.!

Arrived to town late in the evening. Ordered delivery with them via the app. The store accepted the delivery order with my address. The tracker said the order was complete. A half hour later I get a text that the order is cancelled. I call to ask why and am told that I am outside the delivery zone…. After the app accepted the order AND after the food was made… They will not tell me where their delivery zone ends (I am 9-10 minutes away per google maps). They suggest I order from the other local dominos which is actually further away…. It is now past 10pm and all other food delivery options are closed and I cannot leave my sleeping children for a pickup order. Thanks guys.

I should’ve read the reviews first. Placed order through the app. I then got a call after she canceled the order saying she had to cancel the order because she doesn’t have any of the ingredients (a common problem apparently) didn’t offer anything else and basically told me I was sol and the money would be back in 24 hours. I sent my husband and she told him that it was because her systems are down. So we’re the systems down or did you not have the items? I called the location on michigan to make sure they had the ingredients and that employee told me that the other store absolutely had the ingredients and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’m seriously considering put an application in just to make it better there as I have 12 years restaurant experience and three years restaurant manager experience. What happened tonight was unacceptable and disheartening.

Can’t seem to get food from them. 9/10 I’m cancelled because they’re “busy” and I understand that, but the fact that I can never get a successful order from them, I am no longer a customer. Love the food from dominos, but the headache isn’t worth it. Im tired of being called and told they’re too busy, so they have to cancel my order. 9/10 times. It is what it is. I appreciate the business we once had. I’m just no longer feeling it. Goodbye dominos.

We love Domino’s Pizza and order from there often but this location has got to be the absolute worst in terms of general management. Unfortunately it is the location closest to our home. Proper employee training, quality control, cleanliness and maintenance are all subpar. Also, even though Domino’s has a great order tracking app, it never seems to be working correctly here. Several times the app has reported that our order was ready but when we arrived we are told it is still in the oven.
