The service was amazing. I had a big order I was picking up. I grabbed the pop from the cooler and one of the guys from the back offered to carry the rest to the car for me. He was such a gentleman! I get a pizza and stuffed cheese bread here often and was always satisfied until last night 7/7/23. The stuffed cheese bread was burnt and didn’t even look like bread. The pizza crust was not even done all the way and had no cheese and toppings were very little. I’m going to be ordering from somewhere else for now. The employees were very nice .

Ordered a large pizza some cinnamon twists and a oven baked sandwich from this store. Was getting quality checked for over an hour so I called turns out they delivered it. They never did. Pretty sure the delivery guy kept it. Called the store and the manager said she can’t refund the order without the product. Jasmin is no help and overall rude. Never ordering here again and a waste of 40$

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered pizza, paid for said pizza with cash and then after waiting over a hour they told me they couldn’t make my pizza because the manager walked out. They also said they couldn’t refund my money. So I was out $25 and didn’t have a dinner for my family. Contacted corporate and still didn’t receive anything.

Normally, this place is a good spot to go, today must have been an off day. When I went in to pick up my order, one of the employees gave my order to someone else. The woman was going through all my pizzas and said she didn’t order what she was given. Then the employee read the slip, asked me my name, and gave me my opened pizzas like that didn’t just happen.

Ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be done at 631 PM and had to wait another 20 minutes for them. The one pizza had no sauce or meat on 2 slices and the thin crust pizza was so thin and so crispy it could hardly be eaten. I guess I won’t be going there anymore on my way home from work.
