I ordered online for carry out, arrived when it told me the estimated time was. And they hadn’t even started prepping on my pizza. I placed the order a half hour before I arrived, and they still hadn’t started. I only had a limited amount of time on my lunch break so I had to leave before they were finished. I paid online so I’m going to try to get a refund but this is terrible service. It shouldn’t take a half hour to even start making a pizza. Especially when they have estimated arrival and pickup times. To top it all off there were no other pizzas or anything being made at that time. The worker said they hadn’t noticed the online order come in yet. So now I’m hungry and upset.

Sad to say but the pizza is incredibly disappointing. Completely flavorless and only carried by the garlic sauce. It tastes like all flavor was cooked out of it. Also, it can be said that the large is comparable to a Pizza Hut small. Too many ingredients packed on, overwhelming to bite into. Not garlicky, not salty, just… Nothing. Service wasn’t anything special, and the price is little enough for what you’re getting.
