Always order delivery. Tonight we decided to make a pick up order. Upon pulling up to the window we could visibly see a very unclean kitchen, the young man tik toked up to the window with a long stick in his mouth recording himself. They told us there would be a wait for one of our pizzas. They proceeded to make the pizza without washing their hands and the first employee quickly passed our dough to the young man who had been taking the stick in and out if his mouth. Mind you. No handwashing for anyone in-between any of the mouth touching and surface touching. Very upset knowing we order delivery frequently from this establishment. Please teach these young gentlemen proper food code, it’s likely not their fault they thought this was okay. We knocked on the window and canceled out order.

A review on the delivery service. On Monday, September 23rd, I ordered Domino’s delivery. I ordered Italian sausage pasta, two Medium pizzas, a 32 piece Parmesan bites with dipping sauce, and a 9 piece brownie dessert. I placed the order at 6:11 pm CST. At 6:22 pm, I received a text that the food was on its way. I received my food just 6 minutes later at 6:28 pm CST, a mere 17 minutes after I ordered it!

I normally love dominos and have not had issues with them until the last time I ordered.. I ordered two pizzas one alfredo pepperoni bacon one marinara pepperoni beef the Alfredo tasted like it was freezer burnt and gave me a small bought of food poisoning…. never again…

Called and was left on hold then got hung up on. Not once but multiple times. Then asked if they did military discount and got a rude man saying “hell no”. All the employees are rude and seems like they are understaffed or don’t care to answer the phone.

Owner should really re think his choice of employees. Showed up right on time for my pick up, got told it would be 20 more minutes and then two by someone who was pretending to be a manager. Then got part of my order, I had to ask for my drink and my sauces. Which they had to check my receipt for.

I picked car side pick up. After my order was ready, I tapped on “I’m here” button in the app. I waited over 10 minutes. I finally went inside to pick up my order. The young person that helped me didn’t apologize for this. I even tried to be helpful and told them there was another car outside waiting for the same pickup. All he said was “thanks for letting me know.” He then went on and did other things that was not related to the pick up order.
