Called & placed my order the rep quoted me $22.07 & after taking my card info the price went up $2.00 more then I spoke up & he told the rep Christi or Christina that I was complaining about the price & then she got on the phone yelling & screaming at me the customer service is not there & then they called back due to not knowing my complete order so I had to repeat myself if it wouldn’t be for the kids needing to eat while I’m at work I would have cancelled the order disrespectful lack of understanding the customer needs new reps & management!!!! The gluten free pizza here is always good. A true celiac might have problems, but they must do a fairly good job because I have had no reaction and I am fairly sensitive. They put a good amount of toppings and the was Crispy. The loaded tots can be made gluten free by leaving off the Alfredo sauce.

This place has been going downhill fast. It feels like a hassle every time I go in this place to place an order. It’s like they don’t have time to take your order. I think they want everyone to order online and then just come pick it up. Half the time you have to wait until they make enough pizzas before they have time to take your order. It looks like everything they do is timed for efficiency and incentives. Taking my order in person messes that up. Plus twice now I have asked for thin crust and they made the pizzas on regular crust. The funny part is if you point it out to them, they beg you to take it anyway and they promise to do better.
