Imagine working a 13 hour shift on memorial day then going home to make the horrible decision to order Dominoes pizza. I paid an extra $3.99 plus tax for additional toppings because that’s how I wanted my pizza I even gave a generous tip considering my house is less than a mile from this location, just to not recieve what I paid for. I called their phone just to sit on hold for over 40 minutes (yes I have evidence of this phone call) just for no one to pick up the phone at all. I was so livid I threw my $33 away in the trash and went to bed hungry. I’ll never waste my money here ever again this is not the first time this location did not make my pizza correctly but this is the first time that they left me an irate customer

The order was relatively messed up. The pizza wasn’t cut so we had to tear it apart vs. eating it by the piece. Requested sauces were provided wholly incorrectly (should have been 1 marinara, 1 ranch, 2 glaze .. vs 1, 3, 1). Driver dumped it at the hotel and ran (poor delivery)

Food was ready on time but that’s the only positive. They literally put no sauce, and I mean actually 000000 sauce on our pizza. All of the food was dry and stale. I’ve always disliked Dominos but was told “they changed”. They absolutely did not change, avoid at all costs!

My pasta had hair in it and when I called they kept redirecting my call and leaving me on hold for 5 minutes at a time, I would call back they would answer and with the worst costumer service ever repeated the same error until they eventually just didn’t pick up.

Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered online and received my delivery order in a timely fashion. I check for my sauces I ordered (they always forget) and I was missing two. In search of the sauces I checked my pizza box to find this pizza! However it happened most of the sausage fell off. I let the driver know since he was still there as I was opening boxes and all he said was basically, “oh well. Not my fault.”

I wouldn’t even give them this 1 star but I had to so I could share my horrible experience at this store. Horrible customer service, I don’t think you could even consider it customer service when I am told I’m wrong about if my pizza tasting bad. Under no circumstance should you ever claim to me a manager and then refuse to give your name. Will never return to this store.

Put in an order at 8:12 p.m. took over 3 hours for the order to leave the store. I realized my address was incorrect on the order I called the driver to let him know the correct address and he said since he couldn’t find the address he brought the pizzas back in his coworkers threw them out.
