Ordered thru the app. Picked up and paid with card. Pan crust was not just lightly cooked (for some reason dominos loves to barely cook their pies), but was raw. As shown in the photo there are literally parts of raw pizza dough in the crust. Obviously, I wanted nothing to do with this pizza at this point. I called and they offered to remake it or to credit my account the value of the pizza. But, why would I want to order another pizza from a place that just served me raw pizza dough. I asked for a refund to the card, and they said that wasn’t possible. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon. I’d recommend you do the same.

The worst pizza, ever! I ordered extra cheese. My pizza was delivered and it almost looked like the cheese was sprinkled over the toppings. Called to complain…next pizza came the same way! Don’t bother ordering extra cheese! Too, just go to Rosati’s!

Been in Germantown for over a year and a half now and every time we order from this location we have a good experience. Food is always prepared correctly and things are not forgotten which can be an issue at other locations. I would highly recommend this location for carry out or delivery!

I work about 1 min from this store so I order often as do my cowrokers. The pizzas are made sloppy the cheese is often uneven leaving bare spots and burns. They take forever for delivery even though we are very close. The store manager is often irritated and rude. When you go into the store it always seems like everyone is in panic mode but not actually accomplishing anything. When you have a problem the treat you like its your fault your food is nasty, or cold or took an hour longer than promised. This place is a joke. In their defense, sometimes they get it right. Maybe 3 times out of 10 you will actually get good food!

I like Domino’s and have generally had good experiences at this location so I’ll spare them my recent 1-star experience. Things are tough for the fast food biz right now with the job economy I realize. The manager should know about the hot mess this place was during my most recent experience at this location though. I ordered a pizza through the app at 5:30p. I arrived for curbside pick up at 6:00p (app said it was ready). Walked into the store at 6:10p after no one came out. Talked to the young man at the counter who said they were “looking for my pizza”. Obviously they sent it to the wrong person or never made it in the first place as I saw they were starting my order over. Fine, I get it’s rush hour on a Friday. 6:30p I check in to see what’s going on. Same young man asks for my info again and apparently my pizza was NOT actually re-started when I talked to him the first time as he said they were just then going to start it at 6:30p. I finally left with pizza (1 pizza) in hand at 6:50p. Almost 1 hour spent at the store to get a single pizza. Workers were hustling but this place needs leadership.

I love my local Domino’s. On-line ordering is super easy. You are reminded on-line of free pizza you’ve earned and coupons available (so they’re not trying to hide any savings you could get). Delivery drivers are always friendly. You can accurately tell when they will arrive by watching the “tracker”. They will even text you when they arrive, if you want.
