I have ordered pizza from here many times, and always get the same thing. Buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce. The last two months with me ordering this pizza I ask every time for extra Buffalo and they put none on it.

Good morning, I want to share a sad moment for my daughter annd I who suffer with a dairy allergy and the local store we will no longer support. I asked about adding an area online when ordering for allergy information for dairy and the girl said we don’t ask why no cheese, we don’t judge when order’s placed and I mentioned allergy and using clean equipment and her words were “if you had a severe allergy I suggest not coming here. We have no protocol in place for that.” We have been going to this location and have called making sure the allergy was aware previously with no attitude and I’m very disappointed in how she treated the situation. We will not be returning as a customer and one with an allergy which is not out of the normal nor should it be treated so rudely. I thought it to be fair to make you aware and hope that this is addressed for the next person who thought it was safe to eat your pizza.

It’s pretty sad that this locations listed hours for delivery & carryout are absolutely incorrect or maybe management doesn’t care if the employee’s close up shop earlier than the hours of operation listed online & in Google Maps. As I write this, 1 out of the 2 vehicles that were blocking the store entrance decided to circle my car & went back to parking in front of the entrance & talked to the person sitting in the other car then they both left. I’m not sure if he was curious about what I was doing after I took a pic or what, but that’s creepy. I suggest that mgmt should update their hours of operation online & in Maps.

For those of you that glibly say “it’s Domino’s, how good can it be”, you have clearly not ordered from the Hartford location! My orders are always cooked as if they were cooking my pizza for their favorite YouTuber and not just the lazy girl, too tired to cook. Their staff is friendly and the drivers are always top notch. We have other pizza options around and god forbid, I cook, but Domino’s always wins.
