Ordered online saying 30 min wait. Sat in the “prep” column for over and hour. Sat in the “quality check” column for 30 minutes. Called the store multiple times and no one picked up. Eventually it hung up on me. Customer service online was awful too. Got the food and it was cold.

I specifically ordered for a stuffed cheesy bread without bacon for my wife on her birthday & she’s a vegetarian. They still gave one with a bacon and best part is I checked with them before picking up the delivery and they promised there’s no bacon and yet there was bacon or something meaty. It may be a good mistake for someone who eats it but not for me and definitely not my wife who has tasted an egg in her life. This place is pathetic and this is not my first experience. The last time someone apologised after calling and said you’ll have a gift card worth the value of the item… NOTHING. BIG B.S.

BEWARE. Pay with cash at this location. On Sat May 13 between 9pm and 10pm, someone stole our credit card number and sold it. Luckily our fraud detection caught the transactions being made in Brazil but we were able to track the stolen number to this location.

Very rude employees I ask him crush papers and he give me 2 only and I order 4 pizzas and I asked him more then he started yelling at me. People take too much from us cannot give any more. I give you 2 that’s too much for you. I pay from my pocket for crush papers. domino’s don’t pay for crush peppers.

Do not make the mistake of buying a Domino’s pizza from the Pewaukee location. I believe they lack toppings, because both times we ordered from there, the toppings were bare minimum. They probably have some guideline where they got to scrimp on toppings.

Tried to be able to avoid an awful review as I understand everyone everywhere is short staffed. So after 4 separate attempts for this location to redeem itself, I have officially given up. Each time my order was not correct. This time, I was on hold trying to order with a person directly, to try to get this order correct, and I literally drove to the store, while on hold the entire time from my house, walked in placed my order and asked the guy behind the counter if the ringing phone was possibly me…to which he replied “Are you Jenn”? I said “Yes, as a matter of fact I am”and he laughed!! This is by far the absolute worst Domino’s I have ever encountered!! Needless to say I will never go back!!
