They delivered raw dough with slightly melted cheese. I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone in the store to ask how to cook this so it’s safe to eat at home OR get a refund. I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card- does the franchise owner know you shut your phones off 2 hours before your posted close time and you let customers sit on hold for an hour? This “meal” cost 10$ in delivery fees and tip on top of inedible food cost! Crazy.

Nicole, the manager, was awesome….I was actually shocked at how clean this restaurant/location was when I came in to place an order for take out. It is literally spotless with everything in it’s place. The pizza was very good and the other employees were extremely nice/polite. Will definitely be back.

My son ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich and Parm. bread twists. Placed the order at 5:59pm and did not receive it until 7:42pm. at the time food was received bread was burnt and cold and the sandwich while edible and also cold. Manager did refund the money, but I had to call 3 times before the food was delivered, and he had assured me that it would be nice and hot (which it was not) Used the tracker and the food was done at 6:23pm and like I said was not delivered until 7:42pm

Waited for delivery for 1.5 h. Nobody ever picks up the phone. They hang up on you right away. I cancelled the order they charged us anyways then brought the pizza 15 min later. Second time order for delivery. They forgot cheese sticks.

Now i know why they have bad rating, we ordered 3 item, they charge us for delivery, we tipped the driver too, and intead of 3 items he dropped just 2. I called them and after being on hold for 20 minutes i had to go to the restaurant. And the lady there was one step ahead she behaved like nothing happend, i was so disaappointed with her behavoiur that i told her not to make anything and i dont need the discount either, keep it to yourself so you can work little better, have never seen such worst emplyoyees, feeling sorry for the owner.

They’re customer service is fairly decent… But I’ve patronized this place twice and both times they’ve managed to put meat on my cheese pizzas. I’m not sure if they have their meat toppings too close to the cheese or what, but I do know that if I asked for cheese pizza, I should get exactly what I asked for without having to pick through my food. The only reason I’ve been here twice is because my office is in the area and it’s the closest thing. Anyway, if you prefer to order from here, check and inspect your food.

Every employee at this store is so nice! They do get overwhelmed at times, as all service industries do with staffing shortages, but customer service never lacks in those events. Whether doing carryout or delivery, the food is always piping hot, fresh, and served with a smile!

If you would like to order from a Dominos where nobody will answer the phone and your food will be delivered more than 1 hour late, the Mequon Dominos is for you! Place your order online and hope for the best but have an alternative dinner planned. Zero stars.

The first time I ordered from here, it was pretty disappointing. We ordered carryout – just 1 medium 2-topping pizza and 1 order of cinnamon twists. The only pro was that our order was ready very quickly. The pizza barely had any toppings on it at all; it was almost laughable. The cinnamon twists were extremely dry and tasted old and flavorless.
