I’m surprised that this location is not rated higher. I place odd orders on a regular basis and have found the accuracy of the orders and especially the employees attitudes to be top notch. Only had 1 pizza crushed upon delivery but they have their delivery insurance program for these things. They should be rated higher. Give them a shot before judging them.

delivery driver sped out of my driveway and almost hit my car after not leaving our food due him calling and asking someone to come out to retrieve the pizza after we specifically ordered no contact delivery, due to my grandma having COPD and Cancer and didn’t want to be exposed to him due to having a very bad immune system. The driver then proceeded to speed back pass our house. I called the store asked for a manager, got left on hold and then got hung up on. Called again asked for manager explained the issue, and they said the delivery driver refused because he did not feel “safe”, and proceeded to say we are now on the no delivery list. Keep in mind all that was said if they could please leave it on the porch, which the driver then hung up and sped out. Never ordering from here again.

I have no problems with dominos at all! But there’s just a tiny thing that needs to be fixed.I have called and ordered a medium pan last week and I keep getting a thin instead. I completely understand it’s just a tiny mistake and they’re busy but all I ask is please get it fixed. Overall the service is great and the pizza is top notch

I tried calling in to ask if delivery was available to my address, I was told yes by the person answering and told to hold. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Tried calling back and was hung up on.

Customer service when picking up pizza was very disappointing. Not friendly. I understand you’re busy, but at least smile. A smile goes a long way. I don’t think I’ll be ordering pick up again.

Called ahead and placed an order for pickup on my drive home from work. Got to domino’s walked in gave them my info and was told I never ordered. I ordered I have the call on my outgoing call log. Next time that kid at the counter should put the order in. Now I get to sit in the car waiting for another 30 minutes when i could have been headed home. There’s another domino’s in my route home a bit out of the way but at least hopefully they will put my order in. Wont be back to this location not happy at all very upset with the service behind the counter. Update they forgot to put cheese on the hole pizza now 2 hrs waiting for food and went someplace else. I have words for that store manager when I call on Monday

We have problems with every order. I had 3 separate orders messed up. Ranging from burnt pizza, wings with no sauce and half raw, to breadsticks burnt to the point where they are a paper weight. My family typically orders online and they just send a coupon code for a free pizza that then comes ruined upon the next order. My husband tried to be sweet and order in supper last night. Big mistake! The online order wasn’t doing the “special” right so he called in ordered, and gave them his card info. Fast forward to delivery and we are told we have to pay? Where did our card info go? So we have to call in and the “manager” says no you won’t be charged twice- because they never entered our info in. So we get our food and the wings are ice cold and a drizzle of sauce and soggy. So you know they had been sitting and once again our pizza is burnt. Worst place ever!!! Waste of money each time. Never using them again!!!

Ordered several pizzas. Their tracker system sent one note, and the folks at the Elkhorn Store choose NOT to send any other updates. So we had no idea the pizza was ready.
