Ordered a pizza at tonight and upon arrival to pick up, they told us the pizza hadn’t even been started because they’re “out of ingredients”. They then told us they had no clue when it would even be started. There was no apology or anything from the employees. Absolute trash customer service. Canceled the order and walked out. Never returning again.

Ordered online said it would be ready by 5-5:15 walked in said my name at 5:15, hasn’t even gone in the oven yet! Got home with the 2 pizzas one was not even close to what I ordered and the Philly steak was non-existent on yhe other. Called in to get new pizza made and was greeted with attitude by one of the snotty girls. Will be the last time I ever order from here again. Shame on you with attitude.

I used a cupon to get a lg 2 toping pizza and stuffed cheesy bread, lava cakes. When my order was delivered i recieved my pizza and lava cakes. No stuffed cheesy bread. Called and was told using coupons is goofy !! If you can’t use a coupon, don’t offer it ! Still without my stuffed cheesy bread !!

I didnt feel like my order was taken seriously. I ordered 2 hours before i needed it delivered and it was still late. Then when i call about it guy was rude and hung up on me. Never ordering from them again. Toppers here i come. Also i tipped 83 percent extra so i could get some decent service. Wish i could get my money back

This Domino’s in Whitewater is consistently understaffed and underpaid and yet their service is almost always extraordinary. The people who work at this Domino’s truly take it upon themselves to make the best experience possible for the consumer. Sure there have been a couple mistakes here or there, but we are all human and they immediately rectify the mistakes in a satisfactory way.
